"Ordered a sectional, but at the time of shipping it was notified that item was damaged and gave an option to wait 6-8 weeks or get a full refund. I opted for refund and got it quickly."

"I decided to go with LeatherFurniture.com after performing background research on multiple furniture websites that offered the same couch. While many sites offered the same couch for hundreds of dollars cheaper than LeatherFurniture.com, nearly all of them had sketchy background reviews that made me wary about buying from them. LeatherFurniture, by contrast, had great customer reviews; given that I had never dealt with the company before, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.

The couch arrived in pristine condition on-time, which was worth every extra penny paid. Nobody wants to move into a new house or apartment and not be able to furnish their living room with a critical piece of furniture like a couch for weeks due to shipping damage requiring lengthy returns, or have zero-to-no communication with the company after a credit card has been supplied. LeatherFurniture sent us multiple confirmation emails and called us to confirm the delivery time. They came through 100%; we couldn't be happier. Everything was exactly as advertised and the couch looked just as good (if not better!) than in the photograph on their website.

Our only complaint was that LeatherFurniture.com advertises a price match but claims to offer FREE white-glove delivery and a multiple year protection plan. The truth is, both benefits are included in the extra price that you pay, so I feel that they are being disingenuous in claiming that those benefits are free. Upon attempting to price match with lower-priced websites, LeatherFurniture.com will claim that their competitors only offer lower prices because they do not offer the extra benefits and therefore will not price-match unless those benefits are stripped from the deal. In other words, the "free" benefits are not free. Disappointing but not unexpected.

Overall however, we are very happy and would readily recommend LeatherFurniture.com to other buyers."

"12/16 update - THE LIARS!!! THEY CHANGED THEIR ONLINE AD TO CONTAIN THE WORDS "A COMPOSITE MATERIAL" (The wooden frame on this collection is a composite material composed of beech wood and european spruce) Unfortunately for them, I made a .pdf copy of their original ad!!! Which CLEARLY shows the description of the frame as being "composed of beech wood & european spruce"

This is the review I wrote on their website 11/29/11 today is 12/16/11 & it still hasn't shown up on their website...

Title: Particle Board frame!!!

The leather itself seems to be wonderful, holding up well to my 2 kids & 2 big dogs... BUT the frame sides/seat boxes are PARTICLE BOARD!!! Copy of the features describes the construction to be: "The wooden frame on this collection is composed of beech wood and european spruce." NO MENTION OF PARTICLE BOARD!!! And the installers who put it together put staples in the particle board corners (where the vertical back meets the horizontal seat) weakened the particle board!!! We bought it in May 2011 & had to fix 3 broken particle board sections in November 2011... On a lesser level of dissatisfaction the padding is breaking down a bit too...

We pride ourselves in keeping all the information on our website accurate and current. This product was advertised as having material used in the frame is composed of 2 different types of wood, beech wood and European spruce.
We do appreciate you feed back and will be update this to try to make it more clear (on our website) although we did not advertise this as a solid wood frame. I have also sent an email in an effort to do anything else we can to help with the product and your overall experience.

"I purchased a leather couch for $600+ less than the exact couch was in my local furniture store. It took 2 weeks less to deliver than I was quoted locally. The product arrived when they said it would and the quality was exactly what I had seen in the local store. I was really impressed. Great communication from the customer service folks immeidately after I made the purchase to let me know the product was out of stock, but delivering soon, then regular updates and prompt delivery. "

"I had a very favorable experience buying from LeatherFurniture.com. The coffee table was delivered quickly and in good shape. The coffee table is very attractive and sturdy. However, it is NOT the color as advertised (not just this site, but many others). The pictures on the web make the table look bronze with earth tone tiles, but the actual stable is much more black with bluish/green tiles. Nonetheless, it is a great looking table and we are happy with out purchase."

"Excellent sofa. We really like it!

It would have helped if the delivery estimates were a bit more accurate on the website. The sofa took almost 4 months to arrive while the listing on the website said 5 weeks. When I called the customer service, they had a much better estimate (down to the week of arrival).

A free white glove delivery was a really nice addition."

"Your service is exemplary. The sofa, which is absolutely stunning, was delivered in a timely manner, and the white glove placement inside my home was very professional. The delivery company kept me totally informed by email as to the arrival time, and then a phone call 30 minutes before they were at my front door. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. I wouldn't hesitate to be a repeat customer and would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for quality furniture and service."

"Great customer service. Really took care of my special order and timeline needs. They delivered as promised. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The only negative - I ordered two chairs and they were received by a third party interior decorator. Both chairs had smudge/dirt spots on the bottom front of the chairs. The marks were still there when I first saw the chairs 24 hours after delivery. Someone should have cleaned the spots off of the chairs. Other than that, everything was great."

"I order furniture from Leather Itialia on June 23. specifically asked if the items were in stock as I needed them within 2 weeks was told yes and I should be able to get them in the time frame requested. I placed the order and I just now recieved the furniture August 9. 6 weeks later. I feel they told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. I would not have placed the order if they had told me the truth. It was shipped via Hep Direct which is the main reason it took so long to get here. Wouldn't do it again, better to buy local at least you can get better service. One dissatisfied customer"

White glove delivery usually take about 5-10 business days in transit, this shipment did take longer than expected and I sincerely apologize for the delay. We try our hardest to get the furniture delivered as quickly as possible, and it is our priority to have it delivered in good condition as well. The time frame can however vary depending on deliver location and the carrier’s schedule; in this case I agree it took an unacceptable amount of time to be delivered.
