"I purchased PA3534U-1BRS battery for Toshiba Satellite laptop on 2/5/2012. The whole process of online ordering and delivery went very well and I had given a rating of 4star because I did not know how long that battery would last. My doubt was well justified because the battery could not hold charge in the twelfth month. Since I was travelling overseas I did not do anything but when I returned to the US I called the Customer service on 2.4.2013 and I asked if there was a warranty on this battery. Ms. Tanya Pierce, customer service manager told me that I beat the deadline by one day and authorized a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Since I live in Dallas, I was able to drive to the “Laptop for less” place. Ms. Pierce took the battery for me for testing but gave me a new battery without waiting for testing results and without any charges and hassles. I was told to log on to the computer with RMA number if I wanted to find out the status of the battery I returned. The point is that although the battery did not last for 2 years, I was given a replacement without any questions. This is excellent customer service. Believe me I have bought many replacement batteries in past twenty years from many vendors all over the world (I have lived in many Places). Some batteries lasted as little as 6 months and some about 2 years. So when you by a battery not from laptop manufacturer, you always wonder what product you are going to get. But for a discount of 50 to 70% from the original battery price, it is a gamble worth taking. If you also have an honest vendor to support the product with warranty, then it makes it even worthwhile. I am giving this vendor a 5 star rating although the battery did not perform as well as my expectations. "
"Received new battery, opened box, bag that had battery was in was opened, box was taped shut. Shut off computer removed old battery and installed new battery. Never charged. Battery is totally dead. Will be returning, and hoping for a working replacement!"
"Several years ago, we purchased a replacement lamp for a DLP television with an additional two year warranty. The first lamp that was delivered ended up being defective within several weeks, and after some frustrating back and forth with a former customer service specialist, Tanya stepped in to remedy the situation and was very professional and friendly. Fast-forward to several weeks ago, and the lamp burned out again, but we were still in our warranty period. We coordinated the RMA with Laptops4Less and I could not have been happier to learn that Tanya was still on the other end of the line. She provided all the necessary information for us to ship the defective bulb back to their facility for testing, confirmed it to be defective, and a replacement bulb is currently on back order for shipment to us. Though my initial impression of Laptops4Less was somewhat negative, I believe they have turned the customer service around to be responsive, courteous, fair, and personable. I would not hesitate returning to their website for additional items."
"This has got to be one of the wost experiences I have ever had with an internet purchase. I purchsed a lamp for my DLP television with a 2 year warranty. Before Christmas 2012 the lamp burned out. I returned the lamp and followed up with the Laptops for Less when the shipper verified delivery (still before Christmas). I spoke to a customer representative named Tanya. At that time she claimed they have not recieved the lamp. I gave her the tracking number so she could verify they actually did receive the lamp. I was then told the lamp was on back order until 1/8/13. On 1/14/13 I still did not have my lamp and again contacted Tanya only to be told they still have not received my lamp. Once again I had to dig out my tracking number and prove they had the lamp for weeks now. Tanya then promised to send the lamp out the next day (on a Tuesday)for a Wednesday delivery. Again on Wednesday there was no lamp. That Friday I received an email that Laptops for Less had received my lamp and had to test it and then they would ship out the replacement in 2 business days. When I called to complain that I had been lied to, Tanya became angry and refunded my money without my asking. If I had known that was going to be the outcome I would have asked for a refund from the beginning instead of waiting well over a month without a television. Worst business practice I have ever incountered. Stay away from Laptops for Less, they have no integrity and Tanya is a spiteful woman."
"Overall experience is very good. I ordered batteries for my HP laptop in the past and was completely satisfied, so I ordered from them again. I found the web site easy to use and they checkout process great. This time, the delivery was a little slow, but it is the Christmas Season, so I cannot complain."
"Ordered replacement lamp for tv.....six emails, three different transactions for one order.....1 month later....no lamp....Tanya in customer service is horrible....never buy there..........
Sorry I feel this way? Its not a feeling, it is the facts. Being that you are customer service manager Tanya then maybe you should contact your boss and tell him about this instead of caring about my feelings and so easily canceling my order. PATHETIC."

"Before you shop here, you must know that this company has terrible customer service!
I bought a replacement battery here after reading about the site in a reputable computer magazine, but it has been a great disappointment. Although all went smoothly at first (over a month ago), the company sent me the wrong product. The CSR ask to return the product so that they could send me the correct one. At no moment did the CSR offered to expedite my shipment as a courtesy. In fact, I had to wait until they received the return and processed it before they would send me the correct product despite the fact that they had made the mistake. Finally, a week ago I received an email confirming that they had received and tested the product. The email stated I would get an email within 1-2 business days from accounting regarding my replacement. I never received the email nor the product.
I contacted customer service today to ask about the status of my order. After talking to an agent, which you should keep in mind is no easy feat (they appear to have only 1 person in their customer service department), I was told that my order was shipping today... Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Now, I have to wait for accounting to process my refund, but will happily pay the premium for a battery that I will actually receive.
In short, if they don't mess up your order you may have a decent experience. If you have to deal with CR, you probably won't. For me, not a risk worth taking. I will not do business with this company in the future nor will I recommend it."
