"I ordered a laptop battery and it is not here 11 days after the purchase. online chat not on and phone service not available on this fine Saturday and I cannot move away from the plug. should have gone to the store and paid $10 more dollars two weeks ago. Sad."

"I was very disappointed in the service. The item I ordered was not shipped promptly, although initially they said they shipped the next day, it as actually 7 days later. The tracking info was incorrect. I finally received it today. I will not order from them again."

"ok,, is not a great one to be my first time,,, they say is a 4 day transit,,, and my purchase order hasn't arrive yet,,,, that is going for one week,,and is still in Texas. if this is the way to do business they need to do some improvement in communication. This matter will hold me back for the next time I need to purchase something. Sorry... but am still need my product it was pay on the spot and I don't have it yet... not to great..I know it was order in a saturday but there is no reason for the material to be in texas after that day.. "

Our online store allows for purchases anytime of the day or night.Orders that are placed during hours we are not in operation are processed the following business day. In your case a Saturday order is processed the following Monday. Customers that choose the free delivery service we offer are informed that delivery method does take 7-10 business days.”

"I ordered a replacement battery from Laptops for Less after reading a favorable review of the company by a computer magazine. The battery I received was dead, wouldn't charge, and the computer reported it as defective. I contacted customer service by email and received a prompt reply with a return authorization number. However, Laptops for Less also promised to send an email with a link to a free return shipping label, but that email was never received. Customer service said "we sent it -- check your spam." Nope. I asked them to email again, they said they did, nothing. I called, got a customer service rep on the phone who said they sent it, nothing received. All the while I was receiving their other emails just fine. Googling the problem showed lots of customer complaints about never receiving this shipping label email. I invested the postage and mailed the bad battery back myself with tracking. They received the package on a Monday, and by Friday, their website still reported not receiving it. I wrote to customer service that I'd dispute this charge with PayPal if they didn't acknowledge the package within one day. They did. Two weeks later, I received a working battery in the mail."
