Ordered battery and power adapter for an old Compaq laptop. Ordering was quick and easy with shipping charges less than 10% of total order. Received correct order promptly and quickly. Overall rating of the company (from a first time user) was excellent with no apparant faults.

They sent me the wrong product. I ordered two extended life laptop batteries. They sent me the normal non extended life batteries. I emailed them twice requesting replacement with what I ordered and they completely ignored me. I never even received a response.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their customer service is non existent. This review was modified by its author, caryts, on

Laptops is the number one place to order anything you nned for you PC. The service was impeccable and delivery was good and fast. Thank you for such great service. My computer is working better then new now because of Laptops for less.

Replacement battery fit right into laptop, came half charged, reached full charge in no time, lasted almost 2 hours, arrived sooner than expected, low price. Looking for problems, can't find any.

My order has not been received. My first email purchase from them stated the "order has shipped" I was giving a fed ex tracking # too. A day later, I get a strange "order is on backorder" email, even though the previous email said it was shipped! I have emailed numerous times, and even called. No response or phone answer. My order was for a replacement lamp for my projection TV, $125. I am seriously bummed that i trusted this company.

SELLS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
I found the company on the web and suggested my friend get a new laptop battery. The first one went dead after one charge. The replacement wouldn't even hold a charge once. The 3rd charged only to 80% and decreased rapidly till it won't charge now beyond about 60%. The California Attorney General office wasn't doing much, so I independently asked LfL how much a battery for the same model laptop cost and how long it should last. They said they didn't carry such a battery. But then when my friend asked for a refund, they said they would send her another replacement

I was surprised with such outstanding customer service. Within a few hours I was e-mailed that my order was SHIPPED. And in just a few days I received my order.

Beware: I ordered an AC adopter for my laptop from this company, I was sent the wrong item and called to return it, I received a RMA# and immediately sent it back, I waited over a month to get credit but it never happened, so I called and they claimed that they never got it, so I called my credit card company to dispute it, but I am having a hard time, because I sent it regular mail, and not certified, they exploited this fact, and took advantage of me, so to warn others I am posting this, its clear you can not trust this company, they will rob you if given the chance.

Order a DC power jack. Notified by email two days later that the order was cancelled, because they no longer carry the item. If you don't carry the item, take it off your website! The customer waiting for the repair is not happy; nor am I.

I purchased an adapter for my MacBook and requested FedEx 2nd day. Turns out that the order was canceled because the shipping and billing addresses were different (part of their fraud policy). This policy was not stated on the website, and I did not receive the email that customer service said they sent out when I called them 6 days later. The customer service people put me on hold for 15 minutes, were very rude and condescending, and could not offer any way to fix this problem. When I proposed that I could place a new order, but that I thought upgrading my shipping to FedEx 2nd day for free would be a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and failure to contact me on their part, the customer service agent refused and was quite rude.
I would not advise anyone to buy anything from this website, and sincerely hope that this company adjusts its customer service attitude. They don't seem to realize that alienating customers by not taking responsibility for their mistakes, and by being rude and unhelpful is not a good policy.

Bad customer service, took a month to get the wrong item, was told three stories. Had to file a charge back to make it right. This company is a reseller depends on out side vendors. Never again
