I do show your order shipped out the day after it was placed and has since been delivered. Also our hours of operation are stated on our website. The battery I received was dead, wouldn\u0027t charge, and the computer reported it as defective. I contacted customer service by email and received a prompt reply with a return authorization number. However, Laptops for Less also promised to send an email with a link to a free return shipping label, but that email was never received. Customer service said \u0022we sent it -- check your spam.\u0022 Nope. I asked them to email again, they said they did, nothing. I called, got a customer service rep on the phone who said they sent it, nothing received. All the while I was receiving their other emails just fine. Googling the problem showed lots of customer complaints about never receiving this shipping label email. I invested the postage and mailed the bad battery back myself with tracking. They received the package on a Monday, and by Friday, their website still reported not receiving it. I wrote to customer service that I\u0027d dispute this charge with PayPal if they didn\u0027t acknowledge the package within one day. They did.
