"I ordered a replacement keyboard and forgot to have it mailed to my friend's house. I emailed right after order was placed and called the next morning. I was told you could not ship to an address different from billing address. Seemed strange since order form asks for billing and shipping addresses. Not acceptable at all. The work-around was to have my friend place the order, and I paid her. Still poor online experience."
