"Very happy with my purchase. Finding the correct screen was a cinch with the tool on their website. Price can't be beat, either...less than 1/3 of what Toshiba quoted me! Wow! They also offered a 1-year accidental damage warranty for an additional $20, which I gladly accepted. If you prefer to talk to a live person, you also have that option through the phone number on the website. Pull the trigger...you'll be glad you did!"

“First and foremost - we do send warranty replacements free of charge. Our warranty is 3 years by default, or can be upgraded to 5 years.

Customer contacted support and received troubleshooting tips - so that the defect of the LCD can be verified.
Customer was also provided with a free return label.

From further investigation it became apparent that the screen is unlikely to be the problem,
and two other possibilities exist. Customer was provided with instructions to address these two potential issues.

We hope that this customer comes back to update their review once their laptop is working again.
