"As a professional who has worked over 12 years on computer repairs and troubleshooting in Europe prior to my moving to Canada, I am completely satisfied with the service.
The screen was without a scratch, no dead pixels, wrapped TWICE in a bubble protective paper and put into a box, I had no problem with compatibility, and the image is just as it is supposed to be on a original screen - meaning the colors are rich, the contrast is excellent, etc. Especially having in mind that I decided to change from MATTE to GLOSSY screen, it fits perfect. As a glossy screen it does not create to much reflection even in the worst position against the light source. Even with the most intensive reflection, the screen is completely readable [unlike number of others I have seen] the image is easy to be seen and the reflection is insignificant compared with the image shown on screen.
The delivery was on schedule, the price was as offered [I almost got tricked by a very cheaper offer which turned out to be a kind of trick - you are offered one price with very confusing guarantee offer, and after a couple of emails when you have to do the payment they put different price at the final payment step].
All in all, very professional and I would definitely recommend [I do not intend to break my screen again :-)))) ] "
