"I own a computer repair business and a customer brought in a Toshiba laptop with a special backlit keyboard.
After doing a quick search online, I found the exact keyboard and even verified it was the right one (because there are US layout keyboards and UK layout in this particular model that share most of the same P/N)-This was NOT LaptopPartsExpert, it was another online retailer.

I received the wrong keyboard (UK layout, even though the description said it was US layout and despite my verification, so I sent it back to them for a refund, meanwhile, I had an upset customer that wanted his computer asap.

I contacted LaptopPartsExpress (which is what I should have done in the first place) and made an order for the correct keyboard as per part number listed on the website.
Only a couple days later (VERY fast shipping!), I was horrified to find the UK keyboard in the box. I immediately called and spoke with Jeremy at LaptopPartsExpress with my concern over losing a customer over two failed attempts at retrieving a replacement keyboard, and he jumped right on it.

Jeremy cross-shipped the correct keyboard without additional charge (and apologized profusely for the mistake) and I had it in my hand the day after, which made my customer happy.

All in all, I should have just gone straight to LaptopPartsExperts in the first place. They've taken good care of me in the past and as I grow the laptop repair side of my business, LaptopPartsExperts will get more of my business!

"Laptop Parts Expert was lightning fast with technical help and questions on products. Shipping was quick and the packaging was more than sufficient. I am so far pleased with the product, though I have not installed it on my laptop as of yet. Prices are also very agreeable and affordable for the high quality products they offer. Overall, I give this company five stars. Their customer service is absolutely excellent!"

"I recommend this company. I don't normally give feedback using reviews but Jeremy really did come through. I had both email and phone contact with the guy there who said his name was Jeremy. I had a very hard time finding a part for my HP (which I'll never buy an HP again!). Anyway, even a local repair franchise in Columbus Ohio could not fix my laptop because they couldn't find the LCD cable - HP no long sold it and the laptop is only 3 years old. Jeremy at Laptop Parts Expert assured me he could get the right part and he did. He was very prompt with his return emails and the part was delivered when he said it was. He sent email with the FedEx tracking number so I was able to follow it until it was delivered. I would recommend this company. I'm very leary of buying over the internet and was skeptical in this case - but again, they delivered, the part worked great - and, I'd buy from them again if needed."

"Wow! great company searched for months for a part i needed and kept me updated, explained the possibilities of finding the part good and bad and then found it shipped to me without charging too much of a premium for a part not able to be found on the web by me. Turned out it was the right part but didn't fix my laptop's problem and they took the special order back and i only had to pay return shipping for a part i special ordered. what great service from jeremy at laptop parts expert"

"The key board on my Sony Lap Top went nuts and the guys at Lap top Parts Experts found me a replacement keyboard (no one esle could) for 1/5 the cost of an OEM part.

Great price, frendly knowledgable service, shipped within an hour of my call AND love the FedEx tracking link send to me.

"Well since I cracked my LCD screen on my lap top, and since I messed up my key board, they had to be replaced. I looked around, priced around, and called around. Jeremy at Laptoppartsexpert.com was an awesome help. Reasonable prices too. So I ordered, figured it would take 2 weeks. I ordered my parts on Thursday, and on Tuesday UPS was knocking on my door. THANKS JEREMY!!! Very Pleased with the service!!!!"

"I am from Brazil and ordered a Hard Disk from Laptop Parts Expert, since my laptop was detecting a problem in it. The product has arrived in only 4 days. In perfect conditions. Excellent custom service !!! Good price !!! I strongly recommend them.

"I have been going through issues of compatibility for my laptop which caused me to waste over $50 for keyboards that just quite wouldnt fit. i eventually damaged them trying to make it work (thinking i was smart). i was skeptical of how inexpensive your product was in comparison to your competitors. i thought i was going to waste another $25 for my wife's laptop. when i got it, and put it in the unit, it fit like a glove. it was almost as if it was manufactured with the laptop. THANK YOU THANK YOU for perfect service, perfect product. You have a lifetime customer
and i will definitely recommend you to anybody who needs spare parts for their computers. i have finally resolved an issue that cost me severe grief thanks to your company. thank you again.

"I had problems getting my order to go through with LPE (I have an APO address). Every time I sent a request for help, they responded quickly. I contacted them several times and they were always helpful. My order is on its way. They have the best customer service I've seen in a long time and they could teach other companies how to effectively deal with the public. I won't hesitate to buy from them again, or send my friends to them."
