Put in an order on Sunday afternoon, had it by first thing Thursday morning. It had to travel half way across the country via GROUND shipping. The part was perfect and well packed.  
 
It's a part for an older machine and I had a horrible time even finding it. All the sites that had it "out of stock" were charging $30 more for the privilege of having to wait an indefinite amount of time on a list. I thought it was too good to be true when I found it cheaper and in stock, but I was wrong.  
 
I am a very, very happy customer.

Outstanding Service! I ordered a Sony Vaio keyboard yesterday afternoon and received it today via FedEx regular ground. I called Jeremy yesterday with some product/order questions and the phone was promptly answered and he clearly responded to my inquiries. It always pleasing to receive such great service with competitive pricing.

second time ordering and have noted 1. a very automated system, which is super because it is fast, efficient, and keeps me up to date with accurate status emails every step of the way! 2. the drill-down system to find parts WORKS! it is a lot easier to find the part i need here compared to some other sites, and there is frequently a picture, too, just to be sure.

I ordered a part about 4:30pm on 12/22/08 and it arrived at 4:30 the next day. The company clearly wasted no time in processing the order and getting the part to FedEx. The website was clear and easy to use so that I was fairly confident that the part would operate correctly on my model. It was a very satisfying purchase and I recommend them higly.

Please read all of this review because while I had issues with the battery itself how the company handled it was fantastic. I received a battery that did not work in my computer but they promptly sent another and emailed me the return shipping label (their cost to send not mine). They were very prompt and got the issue fixed so that my battery in the computer works great at a discount price!

I ordered a battery for my Vaio laptop computer. The computer hasn't been made for 2 years and the Sony site didn't even acknowledge its existence. I needed the battery ASAP so it was sent overnight. It came on time and it works perfectly. The purchase price was 50% of the current price for Vaio batteries from Sony!  
I couldn't be more pleased.

After ordering a part for my laptop, it was shipped promptly, but lost by UPS. After UPS gave me the runaround for three weeks, I emailed Laptop Parts Expert and made them aware of the situation. Little did I know they were already aware of the situation and shipped me a new part very quickly (through FedEx!). They were always quick to respond and had excellent customer service. I will use them for all of my future laptop needs.

This past weekend I spilled coffee on my Toshiba laptop and luckily only ruined the keyboard. I ordered a replacement keyboard from Laptop Parts Expert and paid through paypal. They offered free shipping for orders over $79 (not including tax and shipping). I emailed Laptop Parts Expert asking if installation instructions were included; they emailed me back saying they weren't included, but kindly sent a schematic (in pdf format) of my laptop model, showing where all the parts and screws were located. The replacement keyboard arrived ONE DAY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER via Fedex. I installed it myself and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend Laptop Parts Expert: good product, fast shipping, easy payment process, quick to respond to queries. Great customer service.
