reply posted May-20-2013 “From looking at the order it appears that you ordered the "extended" size battery. These will have extra cells and them and are designed to last longer per charge. They are however physically larger because of the extra cells and will look different and stick out from the laptop. Again, they last longer per charge, but they do look different. We will have one of our customer service representatives follow up with you to assist you further.”

Our website is tied directly to our warehouse inventory so once we are sold out it will say on bockorder on the website. We also put this on the confirmation email to try and make the customer aware. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and am sorry that you were unaware of the backorder status. We will get this battery shipped to you as soon as we get them in stock.”
