We are simply waiting for the battery to arrive back here so that we can process the exchange. As soon as we receive it we will get you out your replacement as soon as possible. "Ordered 2 batteries for different computers. I'm not complaining, but the battery for the Compaq is huge - good for the keyboard angle, but doesn't seem to be different in any other way.
The battery for the 2nd laptop remains unused ... the Geek Squad think the motherboard might be fried ... waiting to see, I may need to return that one if the computer is no good.
