"!!! AVOID !!! They have not honored my laptop battery 1 year warranty.
I purhcased a battery for my asus notebook from laptoptraveller on March 1st, 2008. By February, the battery could no longer hold a charge. I contacted them before March 1st, 2009, asking them to either replace the battery under their one year advertised warranty, or to refund my money. They sent back one email saying they were looking into warranty support. I haven't heard from them after that single note, in spite of contacting them several times by email asking them to honor their warranty. Its been at least ten days, and still no word from them.
Laptoptraveller doesn't provide a phone number to reach them at, doesn't post a real mailing address for you to write them at, and has so far declined to properly handle my warranty claim.
I would never order a battery from this store again. "
