I've been ordering from LaptopTraveller several times for toner cartridges. They have multiple shipping locations to get products out quickly. Free ground shipping and received the package in 1 day. YAY!

I don't know much about electronics and don't know how to find a correct battery for my camcorder. The customer service rep was very patient to answer my dumb questions. Also the shipping was fast as well, I got the battery for my hitachi camcorder the next day after placing the order. Works for 3 months already, still good.

I ordered LT's LSO015X battery for my Sony VGN-FS540P notebook. LT shipped, free, same day as ordered via UPS Ground. I received the well packed item within 7 days in good condition.  
 
This battery replaced another third party battery that was lost. The old battery "clicked" in and out of the notebook easily. The new LT battery seemed a bit over-sized in that the spring loaded locking pins would not engage unless you held the computer in your lap and applied more than a little downward force. Since I do not plan to change batteries often this is not a big issue. At first blush the new battery seems to run the computer for more than three hours after its first, full overnight charge. Probably as good as the battery it replaced.  
 
All in all I'm happy with the purchase and service. I plan to purchase more from LT in the future.

Ordered a replacement battery for my laptop. Found it easy to match my specific computer on their list to the battery I bought. Lowest price I saw even before the discount. Delivery would have been extremely efficient had not Labor Day intervened.

The adapter I ordered from laptoptraveller fits to my acer travelmate and even let my battery quite lasts. That was a nightmare for me when I lost charge my laptop from adapter. I made my order online on the next day and the adapter came within 3 days which is impressive since I didn't pay too much for shipping fee. Most importantly, the product works with my laptop and in reasonable price. It's easy to find parts for your laptop on this site. Recommanded seller. Defenitely will shop from them again.

I was leaving to go out of town. I ordered a laptop battery to take with me. I ordered the battery Saturday August 1st with a $44 dollar overnight charge. I was expecting delivery Tuesday. I went online monday and talked to someone to conferm delivery. They said it was in route to your place and should get it Tuesday. I called again Tuesday and that person told me it was just shipped out today. I had to leave out of town Wednesday and knowing I will never receive it in time. All they could do is issue a credit of $20. I cant use the battery until I get back home. Unhappy with the delivery.

I ordered a battery and charger from this company after Googling the model # of the unit I needed a battery for. Google provided a link to Laptop Traveller's website and furthermore to a page in their website which stated their product was a replacement (not to mention superior in quality and battery life) battery and had a picture of the model which I needed the battery for and a link to conduct a purchase of that very battery. I followed each and every prompt (it would be hard not to, I will add) and the result of my careful effort was that they shipped me a battery and charger which wasn't remotely close to the one I ordered.  
According to their customer service rep, they do not, have not for some time, and will likely never again stock that particular replacement battery and charger  
They are trying to blame me for their mistake and will not state for the record whether or not they will charge me a 15% restocking fee, they also expect me to cover the cost of shipping the unit back.  
The only reasonable conclusion I can draw from this nightmare is that it is a scam.  
They claim to have the part when Googled, knowingly ship the wrong part, pocket a little profit from the shipping charge and then more from the 15% restocking fee.  
Pretty sweet having the ability to profit from items you claim to, but don't have in stock. Low overhead / high return.  
I think a class action suit should be forthcoming.  
I an filing formal complaints with My State's AG's office of Consumer Protection, Google, and PayPal  
 
Interestingly enough their public response is a 180 degree turnaround from the immovable stance they took with me privately. They insisted I ordered the wrong part and that it was all my fault (until I directed them to their own page on their own website) They then attempted to blame this problem on Google. Upon reading the other customer reviews here, I determined two things. First, If you wish to purchase something online which is widely available anywhere; the local STAPLES or BEST BUY for instance and want to pay more for it once you add in shipping fees LaptopTraveller.com is the place for you. Just be sure you don't complain to them if they "make a mistake". They get spiteful. No matter what happens they're bound and determined to keep some of your money  
Second, A notable percentage of the warm and fuzzy reviews contained on this site were written by or at the direction of LaptopTraveller. I have direct written quotes from them containing the exact words contained in some of those reviews.
