Simply put: You have equipment in your possession, you have to pay for it.

"I ordered a product that after several weeks was told it was no longer made by the company. This is fine so i was asked if i wanted a refund. I answered yes and to this date - August 21, 2010 - i have not recieved a refund. Many phone calls were made 2 were answered, one told to wait a few more days, 2nd was should be any day now. 5 months later nothing... now no call go answered, live chat - no one available - fax to company demanding my refund has had no results. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are scammers. I will be filing with Visa to get my money back on Monday and chalk this one up to a learning experience. Look elsewhere with a repitutable company before you purchase.
Feb 2011 - still no refund from this horrible company, still not answering the phone. Its time for the BBB and a lawyer. IM DONE HERE."
