Beware...read their return policy. I wanted to return a defective lamp and had to pay to send it back and a restocking fee. I can see paying to send it back but not a restock fee...how would I know the lamp would be defective. The customer service rep I dealt with also gave me attitude when I complained about it. So I got the impression a lot of people complain about this same money making practice.

The service was good on shipping received product in timely manner... however, less then one year my lamp on the panasonic item ty-la-1000 went out... and I contacted the manufacture they are not able to due anything... I would not buy from them again...
