Part number TY-LA1000.<br><br>Although I found lower priced items, after additional research, I discovered that the \u0027cheaper\u0027 lamps are not manufactured by Osram or Philips and\/or they do not include the housing. I purchased the Philips lamp with housing. It has a 6 month manufacturer warranty and lamps-dlp.com extends it for an additional 6 months.<br><br>Ordered on 1\/18 and received on 1\/20! Free Shipping. Status emails with tracking numbers. All original boxes. The web page showed my lamp and correct part number and I ordered it. The lamp arrived the next day! but it was the wrong part. I tried calling the 888 number on the packing list and \u0022all lines are busy\u0022 continued all day. I double checked the web site and the number was correct. I finally emailed and they wanted a 20% restocking fee because I... ordered the wrong part. I don\u0027t think this was the case because I order a lot and my second search brough me back to the exact page for the part I needed. I wan\u0027t going to argue, I removed the screws for the lamp in the wrong housing and placed it in the correct housing. After a several day research, I opted for Lamps_DLP although their price was not the cheapest. The reason is - a Phillips bulb, rated at 100W and 10000 hours (other have lamp rated for 150W and 6000 hours)...and ONE year warranty (others have 90-180 days only).<br><br>I have ordered lamp on Wednesday morning and received the lamp on Thursday afternoon (within 30 hours!!!). SO I CALL BACK LAMPS-DLP.COM AND TRY TO GET THEM TO SIGN A RELEASE FORM (AS PER CAPITAL ONES INSTRUCTIONS)<br>TO RELEASE THE MONEY BECAUSE LAMP-DLP.COM SAID THERE WAS NO ORDER THAT WENT THROUGH ON THE CARD. SO WHY IS THE MONEY ON HOLD. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT. ALL I GOT WAS ATTITUDE AND SHE SAID SHE WASN\u0027T SIGNING ANYTHING AND HUNG UP. SO LONG STORY SHORT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS TRYING TO GET A HOLD WITH THIS LAMPS-DLP.COM TO GET THE HOLD TAKEN OFF. THE MONEY TRANSFER WAS CANCELED BY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY, AS THIS LAMPS-DLP.COM IS STILL TRYING TO GET THE MONEY FROM THEM AFTER THE FUNDS ARE SECURED BACK BY CAPITAL ONE. THE HOLD WILL AUTOMATICLY BE TAKEN OFF IN 12 DAYS ANYWAY BUT IT IS THE HASSLE JUST TO BUY A LAMP. WENT TO DISCOUNT-MERCHANT.COM TO BUY MY LAMP WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. "I ordered a lamp for a Toshiba 62", using a D95-LMP lamp part#R23311153A. this is a genuine toshiba lamp with a one year warranty and fit perfectly. i was very satisfied with the processing time(it shipped two hours after the order was placed and i received it within 48 hours of placing the order. overall very satisfied and will be ordering all future bulbs here."
