I have been tax exempt for years and have the proper docs on file there. They are charging tax and when I inquired about it I ran into multiple transfers and calls on hold. Accounting can't be contacted. The CS person I finally talked to was pathetically useless and uninformed. Left messages with my "personal rep" and he has yet to even respond once. L-Com sucks when it comes to CS. Their pricing is out of the ballpark but due to my end customer I am STUCK buying from them."
