"When I first ordered my item (Lens Hood for Canon XH Series Camcorder) I forgot to change the shipping address in PayPal before making the Payment. I live in Europe and I accidently used my European address instead of my Canadian address. I was really stressed because I need the item for my wedding which will be in 3 weeks! I thought "Now I'm going to have to wait until who knows when because the seller is in the U.S. and I'm in Europe (9 hours timezone difference). I emailed L.A. Color Shop informing them of the wrong shipping address I used despite having made the PayPal payment already. I was amazed and impressed that within 10 minutes after sending my the email,L.A. Color Shop replied telling me that they would use the correct shipping address. As if they read my mind, they sent me shipment updates emails later to assure me that they had used the correct shipment address.
L.A. Color Shop is VERY Professional and customer-oriented indeed.
