It turned out to be that they ship the product on Friday! Very bad. <br><br>The day that I placed an order, I called customer service. Nobody picked up the phone. Then I sent an email to both customer service and sales asking about shipping date. No response. Then I sent another email to them on Thursday. No response. I wanted to know when would they ship my item out because I really need it on weekend. By the time they replied to me, it was already Friday!
