reply posted Jun-12-2013 “The customer ordered a 10 round magazine and lives in NY. NY law does state you may have a ten round magazine but not load more than 7 rounds in it. This is a gray line that we are not willing to get close to. As a privately owned business we can chose which states we ship certain items to and NY happens to be one of the states we will not ship this magazine to.”
