And yes I judge the company you are asking about based on when a survey is received. I know they contract with survey companies to get feedback. Change your survey sent setting to be after receipt of the shipment by 24 hours. This gives companies who use the products a chance to deliver the shipment to the intended user. Don't blame your customers for their processes. Blame yourself for not accounting for them. The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful in trying to help me and I am now getting a replacement. However, I did not know it was the wrong unit and I when I put the drum unit into my printer, it broke a part of the printer that helps to feed the paper. Now my printer isn't working correctly and I may have to manually feed the paper rather than have it feed automatically.
