"My printer is Epson Stylus NX515: I bought inks and changed black ink to printer, but there is no print works. I changed ink very new one again, but there is no print. I clean the printer nozzle many times but same result as no printed. This is terrible ink cartridges!!!! I did printing test couple times, and then ink was gone. I changed new ink again and used 4 time new inks and nothing happened and paper is still white not print."

"Well, I didn't have to read many of the reviews to see that I'm not the only unsatisfied customer. My last black inkjet cartridge lasted a very short period of time. Then I replaced it with one of their new ones that didn't print at all........ Shot them an email in hopes of getting a fast shipment on a replacement cartridge. After a few days a emailed them again. No reply. I'm getting my cartridges refilled at a local drug store now. Wrote it off as a bad experience. Good luck if you order through them. Get me once, shame on you. Get me twice, shame on me........ out"

"After several satisfactory orders for ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet, 4 of the 6 black ink cartridges in my most recent order don't print anything. LD Products has not answered any of my email messages about replacement under their 1 year warranty. I should have read these reviews and avoided them!"

"Ordered a set of cartridges for a Samsung printer. Received cartridges for a Xerox printer. Have tried to contact them several times - cannot get them to reply to any of my e-mails. I'd avoid if I were you."

"I ordered an HP 920 compatible inkjet cartridge which leaked. LD sent a replacement, which also leaked. They sent a 3rd cartridge which didn't work because of a manufacturing defect. So 3 failures in a row. I will no longer be doing business with LD Products. Their products are junk. "

"Bought a TN 650 Toner cartridge for my Brother DW8890. It works but all copies using LD Products new cartridge have a black streak all along the right edge making the copies unusable. The price was good $28 vs. $50+ for the Brother cartridge but is un usable and I will be returning for a refund. Thanks for wasting my time and shipping fees....this LD product did not work for me. "

"I ordered three sets of each color for my Epson artisan 810 printer in July 28'11. I have had to get replacements for each one. Initially LD was great and sent replacements right away, no questions asked. When I would have another failure, they replaced a second time. Still, the cartridges failed. They asked that I call technical support to resolve this issue. The "tech" told me to remove cartridge, power off, unplug and restart. I had already tried this numerous times with no success I went through all cartridges trying to get it to work. I bought these cartridges as I thought they were a great price and I was at first happy with their replacement policy. They won't replace any of my cartridges at this point even though it has only been 4 months since my initial order. After 20+ cartridge failures, I'm done dealing with the headache of this companies products. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. "

"I have ordered from LD products three times. The first two were OK other than leaking from the cartridge and quite slow. Last time I ordered $100 worth of toner 3 months ago and still have not received it. The first batch arrived about a month after order and was completely wrong. I was told by customer service that it happens all the time. The replacement was shipped 5 days later even though promised by the VP same day shipping . They say that they ship by UPS but refused to do so even though Canada Post is now on strike. I asked for a refund and was refused. They cost me a Couple of thousand in business because I could not print labels. They obviously have no understanding of customer service and are motivated by greed slathered in incompetence. Just to show that you cheep is not always best. I ordered from another company that charged a few $ more and recieved it in 2 days. This is not customer service it is dedicated cutomer ripoff. "
