"The absolute worst internet store ever. They do not respond to emails,return phone calls or any form of contact.
I tried purchas a Pioneer 5070 plasma and was convienced to pay for 3-5 business day shipping by the salesmen. After 3 weeks and numerous attempts to contact this company I finally waited out the extensive wait time on the phone. I talked a live person and after explaining to them that its been almost a month and I wanted to cancel this order and they told me that it would be a 25% restock fee and I would pay for return shipping. I told them I had nothing to ship back.They told me it was between me and the shipping company. So now its been two months and I turned it over to my credit card company beware of LCDTVs.com "

"I received excellent service over the phone while purchasing my Samsung 3D TV. The salesman was professional, was knowledgeable and most importantly did not pressure me at all. I believe I got the best price because I shopped the other sellers online. And there was no gimmicks or hidden charges. The TV was packed professionally and arrived on time as promised. I will definitely do business with LCDTV's.com again and will recommend them to my friends."

"I purchased a remote control from this web site as a Christmas present for someone. The remote was shipped from a different company entirely, but arrived on time and was the correct item. I received a call from my credit card company today asking me about fraudulent charges on my card that occurred directly after I ordered this item. They also informed me that several other credit customers had fradulent charges directly after ordering from this web site. Use caution if ordering from this website and if possible use a one time use credit number."

"After calling LCDTVS.com and speaking with a delightful lady named Rita, I ordered a Sony Bravia KDL-52XBR4 and saved in excess of one thousand dollars compared to a local purchase of the same product. The device arrived by truck and in perfect condition right on schedule. To my great relief, the delivery guy insisted that we open the box and examine the panel before I accepted the item, and he helped me carry it into the house even though I had opted for free shipping. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and I would/will order again from Rita/LCDTVS.com in an eyeblink. The expected and appropriate subject of an HDMI cable came up, but I perceived no pressure whatsoever in terms of selling me any item at all, including the TV. Several phone calls were accepted or returned by Rita in a timely manner. Overall, my experience with Rita and LCDTVS.com could not have been better."

"I will admit, i am very hesitant to purchase big ticket electronic items on line. clothing? sure. Even cars. But a 63" Plasma TV? red flags wave- will it be as represented? will it come in one piece? will there be anybody to answer to me i f there is a problem?

Given, hhowever, that the TV i purchased was listed at $800 LESS than the BestBuy sale price- i took a chance. I am glad i did. The TV arrived quickly and in beautiful condition. The customer service (thank you, Justin) was outstanding- tracking the TV directly to my doorstep and even putting me in touch with the driver days in advance. I am very, very pleased and would absolutely use LCD TVs again.

"Ordered a Sony KDL40V2500 LCD TV from them; excellent price, free shipping. The sales guy called me to "confirm" the order, which I thought was appropriate, but he went into high-pressure upsell mode. He suggested a HDMI cable. I said no. He suggested a Digicom 6900 power surge suppressor for sale price of $100 and stated the TV would not be honored under warranty without one. I said yes. When I received the order, he had sent me the HDMI cable as well and chared me $65 for it. I called and explained the problem, got an RMA number and address, and returned it with return receipt. They received it 2 weeks ago now, and have not refunded my $65. They do not answer emails. Their customerservice email account on their web site is invalid. Wait times on hold are extremely long, and they always say check back in a few days. As far as delivery of the TV, their site says to unbox it before signing for it. DHL said if I unbox it, they cannot accept it back. lcdtvs.com policy in that regard is inappropriate, and probably illegal. I am to the point of filing credit card fraud action against them, along with the NJ Attorney General, the FTC, and mail fraud for accepting my unopened item back and failing to refund. Overall, great item, great price, but avoid if you don't want upsell and hassles.

"Got a great price on the 48" Panasonic Plasma U85, but it was not in stock. Rather than turning away business, LCD TV's replaced it with the UO85, a five hundred dollar upgrade at no additional cost! All equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. The plasma TV is a joy to behold, very easy setup and great picture. I also ordered the extended three year warrenty just to be safe. Service is provided in the home so there is no dismantling and shipping/hauling to a repair shop.
All in all, a great experience and I got a $2,699 retail TV for $1,245 plus extended warranty of $210. "

"Excellent. I got my Viewsonic N1300 LCD at my house the next day after I placed the order, and I had ground shipping (I live in CT and they are in Brooklyn).

I am extremely pleased with this store. I called their customer service to double check that the item was in stock and I was told it was. They were curteous and quick, and their number is right on their front webpage. I placed the order online at 10 AM (one minor point is that they appear not to be able to take orders over the phone, but this was not an issue), and by 6 PM I had a UPS tracking number (unlike other reviews say, I did not get a phone call to verify the order and try to sell me an extended warranty, fine by me) I could not track the shipment until the next day for some reason, but I then saw that I was out for delivery and got to my house at 11:41 AM (less than 26 hours!!!). The box arrived in good shape, apparently sealed from the manufacturer with all contents in the box. Set worked out of the box with no problems."

"I had an excellent experience with this company. Although they did call to 'confirm' my order twice, they were very pleasant when I rejected the insurance they offered at a greater discount on both phone calls. After this, they shipped my TV same day, and although I choose the budget ground shipping, my TV was shipped via two day overnight?! Arrived extremely well packaged and in pristine order! Exactly what I wanted, this transaction was excellent! "

"I had a very pleasant experience with LCDTVs.com. I spoke with Justin (ext.214) over the phone prior to placing my order to alleviate concerns that festered after a very distasteful ordering experience i had with Abes of Maine, after which I was forced to withdraw my order. Justin was very professional and very informative. He's obviously knowledgeable and was very helpful in suggesting items to go with my TV but was not pushy. It was a much more enjoyable experience than Abesofmaine. I will definitely shop with LCDTVs.com again. I only wish i would have shopped here earlier and not have wasted my time and patience elsewhere. "
