I just wanted to thank Lewis at LCDTVS.com for his outstanding customer service ! I had been looking for a recently discontinued model of Sony TV, the KDL-32XBR6 and after much searching I finally found one at LCDTVS.com. Lewis made sure that I understood it was an "open box" unit, including original factory warranty, but to ease any concerns I might have, he gave me a 3 year extended warranty at no additonal cost. He was great to deal with and kept me informed on the transaction all the way through. The TV was doubled boxed with extra bubble pack for shipping.

Got a great price on the 48" Panasonic Plasma U85, but it was not in stock. Rather than turning away business, LCD TV's replaced it with the UO85, a five hundred dollar upgrade at no additional cost! All equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. The plasma TV is a joy to behold, very easy setup and great picture. I also ordered the extended three year warrenty just to be safe. Service is provided in the home so there is no dismantling and shipping/hauling to a repair shop.  
All in all, a great experience and I got a $2,699 retail TV for $1,245 plus extended warranty of $210.

I am very pleased with my resent purchase of a Sony 46" Bravia XBR6 LCD TV and the LCDTV web site. It was easy to navigate and find just what I wanted. The price was the best I found. The customer service I received after the sale was nothing short of great. The people I talked to on the phone were very helpful in setting up my delivery and getting the extended warrenty on my purchase. I would recommend LCDTV to my family and friends or anybody else that was looking to purchase electronic equipment. My TV arrived in a timely manner and I was very pleased with it.

Placed an online order on Sunday, received a call early Monday to check through the order to make sure everything all ok. Great customer service from Steven Clendenny, looking forward to receiving my camera and passing on recomendation to friends and family. 3/13 Camera arrived today, well packed, perfect.

I just ordered a Samsung LCD HDTV from LCDTVS.com. The company is clearly hungry for business and aims to please. They replied to the online order immediately and a salesperson (Steve Clendenny) followed up soon afterward to verify my preferences for shipping, installation and extended warranty support (i.e., to push me to spend more for faster shipping or to spend more to buy an extended warrantee). He was friendly and very accommodating. When I said no to all extra fees, he came back to ask me to write this review in "exchange" for faster shipping that weekend. Well, the faster shipping didn't happen until a few days later, but still worked reasonably well and was well within the guidelines for what I paid for. And, the set was clearly new (in original packing materials) and works. So, all in all, given that I have a reasonable tolerance for a somewhat pushy salesperson, this all worked out quite well.

I originally called LCDTVS since a friend of mine that installs home systems for a living recommended them. I had no trouble working with LCDTV. I even changed my order at the last minute with no headaches. I originally ordered a Smasung 40ln550. When I called and spoke to Steven Clendenny at 800-507-5315, ext 204 to inquire about my order, I decided to upgrade to the Samsung 46ln550. They had a great deal on the 46, and in fact both models were in stock. I would highly recommend beusiness with LCDTVS.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had dealing with Steve Clendenny (1-800-339-9960, X204 - and he has a personal voice mail and voicemail so you can leave him a message is he's not at his desk). Prior to ordering I had checked pricing and store ratings on-line, even spoken with a couple of very reputable, established on-line stores. They were nice, helptful, but my experience with Steven was unparalleled.He patiently answered every question, was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and at not time was there any pressure or effort to upsell. In the end I ordered a very high-end Nikon digital camera, a D700. I placed the order at 5PM on Monday; the camera, brand new and in the original box with all paperwork arrived UPS on Friday. I received excellent post sale communication from the store- order confirmation, etc. Their price was $250 lower than the other low priced legitimate resellers on-line; every single one of them were offering only Nikons $300 off special. Other resellers had the camera priced well over $3000, so you could say my savings ranged form $250 to $1150 - plus free shipping. Today I ordered a "fancy" high performance battery for the camera. Savings were about $75 form their nearest competition. Steve told me they were in stock. I expect this smaller order will receive the same attention as the big one. I will definitely buy from them again and am looking forward to a flat screen digital TV purchase from them as well! At least talk to these people before you decide to buy elsewhere. I am hard to please; I expect honest answers, accurate information and prompt shipping. Steve delivered on all of these.

I am writing in regard to the LCD TV I just purchased.I purchased the Samsung LN52A650 through LCDTV'S.COM.Let me just say how much I love my new LCD.Although I was skeptical about buying an LCD online I am so glad I did.Not only did LCDTVs.com have the best pricing but the customer service was an A+.I would like to thank Steven Clendenny for all his help and answering all my questions he was very professional in all his explanations.I have been enjoying my new product all week and I am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come,its just to bad football season is over.Once again thankyou Steven and the folks at LCDTVs.com. I placed the order late Sunday, I got a call to confirm/upsell (as described in other reviews) on Tuesday; I politely declined cables, surge protector, extended warranty, and we closed out the call pretty quickly. It started shipping later in the day. From New Jersey to northern Vermont, I received it Friday mid-day. The contracted delivery service did a great job, and not only was fine waiting for me to check it out, but almost seemed happy to hang out. Both LCDTVs.com and Manna Delivery have good order-processing status pages.  
 
TV's great, a great deal, no hiccups.  

I purchased a Samsung LN-T4661F 46" LCD HDTV from LCDTVS.com I called first to make sure they had them in stock, since I didn't want to wait on a backorder or worse. The phone call was picked up and had no problem placing an order. Within in an hour, I received multiple emails showing what I bought and detailing what would happen next. About a day later, I was contacted by the freight company asking when I would be available for a home delivery. The freight company Manna Distribution Services delivered it six days later to my house on schedule and with no problem whatsoever. I also got a great price on the TV; other local retailers were charging about $500 more.  
I would buy from LCDTVS.com again.

After calling LCDTVS.com and speaking with a delightful lady named Rita, I ordered a Sony Bravia KDL-52XBR4 and saved in excess of one thousand dollars compared to a local purchase of the same product. The device arrived by truck and in perfect condition right on schedule. To my great relief, the delivery guy insisted that we open the box and examine the panel before I accepted the item, and he helped me carry it into the house even though I had opted for free shipping. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and I would/will order again from Rita/LCDTVS.com in an eyeblink. The expected and appropriate subject of an HDMI cable came up, but I perceived no pressure whatsoever in terms of selling me any item at all, including the TV. Several phone calls were accepted or returned by Rita in a timely manner. Overall, my experience with Rita and LCDTVS.com could not have been better.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. I received my 32" Samsung LCD TV today and couldn't be happier. I was very concerned about purchasing an HDTV over the internet in case the TV was damaged in shipment. LCDTVs'e helpful customer service person walked me through the steps to protect me if the worst case scenario occurred. Fortunately, the TV arrived in perfect shape (brand new) and fully meets my expectations. I am now considering ordering another HDTV from this store. They receive my highest recommendation for service and support.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Although they did call to 'confirm' my order twice, they were very pleasant when I rejected the insurance they offered at a greater discount on both phone calls. After this, they shipped my TV same day, and although I choose the budget ground shipping, my TV was shipped via two day overnight?! Arrived extremely well packaged and in pristine order! Exactly what I wanted, this transaction was excellent!

Overall I'd call my experience with the company average. They have fantastic prices, but it took me about a month for me to get my order. I called customer service multiple time and the wait time average about 7 to 8 minutes during the early morning. Not too bad. The customer service was always polite and helpful.  
 
It's my belief that the customer service is either told to lie, or is deliberately misled to tell customers that the products they don't have are in stock. I was told at least 5 times that the TV I ordered would be shipped in 1-2 days and it did not.  
 
The TV arrived the 28th, exactly a month after I got it. It shipped within the stated time frame and arrived in excellent condiiton.

WORST MERCHANT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They pulled the "we need to call you before we send the TV" aka called-to-sell-you-unnecessary-items-and-warrantees. They are very pushy, and takes forever to get through to customer service. They tell you what you want to hear or make up stories to get you off their back. I tried cancelling my order with them but the salesman kept pushing me away and asking for another chance. A no, is not a yes. DO NOT BUY HERE.
