"I ordered 2 LCD screens for an HP and an Acer netbook. At first the charges showed on my credit card account online, then dropped off after a few days and the card was not charged. Screens were not shipped as far as I know.
After 1 week, I sent email, and left a message on phone, but have not heard back after about 10 days.
