They have poor customer service and poor website that is dysfunctional often. Got a High End phone today different color than what I ordered and what their website clearly shows; but they don\u0027t care. Since the color choice they sent me was much cheaper everywhere else, I offered them to match the price of Amazon & others instead of return but got an email back from John Sanchez stating my two choices are: 1- paying them the $80 to $100 higher price for their scam of the wrong color and the wrong item; or 2- is to return it. but they will not match prices. Wonder if I\u0027ll ever get my money back from this obscure company. Unfortunately they called me 3 days after I had ordered it to inform me that it was only the international version which would not be fully compatible with some bands here in the U.S. Knowing this, I had to cancel the order unfortunately, and I received my money back in no time. Even though I was disappointed that they didn\u0027t have the U.S. version of the phone I wanted, I greatly appreciated their notification to inform me that it was a phone that I may have not been satisfied with. Something that many online stores rarely do because of their priority for sales rather than customer satisfaction. L2D2 Online\u0027s customer service is honest and helpful. I would like to give a big thanks to John, I believe that was the sales rep\u0027 I talked with, for notifying me about the product and being honest. I placed my order with them on October 12, and paid quite a bit for second day shipping. Eight days later I still had not received my order, nor had I been notified of any delay in processing my order. I sent an email requesting a status update. Five more days passed with no reply, so I sent an email requesting that they cancel my order. Three days after that I was notified that my order was backordered. I repeated my request to cancel this order. Three days after that I received an email letting me know that my order had shipped. I did receive the product 2 days later, but if I am paying for 2nd day delivery, I don\u0027t think that it is an unreasonable assumption that I would get the item 2 days after the order is placed, not over 20 days later.
