"I'm a Consultant for several Insurance offices’ that has bought over $50,000.00 in merchandise from Krex.com over 3 years. 95% of the time we purchase computers for business that has to be on 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We know that Computers aren’t perfect and make no claim to who is better.
With all the systems and components we have bought from krex over this time we have had 4 problems one with a bad motherboard that took time to take care of.
The other items had been a bad set of memory that had to be replaced.
The Motherboard problem was due to a faulty timer on the bridge and the manufacturer had stopped making that particular board. Since it was for a RAID machine it took time to work out a replacement board. The memory was a problem also from the manufacturer changing its specs and caused a bad floating point for the Mother board we had been using.
The other small problem’s were due to the machines being on 24/7 eventually a power supply will need to be replaced.
Krex has always worked with us well, even when they didn’t know us in the first several months. Prior to Krex we purchased all our equipment direct from the manufacturers and warehouses they made it easy for us to do business.

"Very very pleased with this site, I placed an order on the 3rd of Feb for a Processor and some other related items, great price fast shipping. Arrived in good condition, however the processor was not in a box, it was in a anonymous clear plastic packet, but did not appear to be "re-pull" chip.

My latest order(arrived today) was for a video card and a few other minor items. I am happy to say that I once again recieved great service from them, I love these guys/gals, and they can COUNT on my continued business. Just FYI the only places really worth shopping are:
Krex.com
CompuVisor.com
CompGeeks.com(when they're not doing inventory updates, trust me)
I do this for a living, and the above vendors are the ONLY ones I would safely advise my clients and fellow tech to use.

"Excellent seller. They shipped my items the same day and I had them only 2 days after I placed it. Everything was packed perfectly and all worked. I had a problem wiring the USB to the front of the case and one call to their help line did it :)

"Purchased a ASROCK K7VM3 motherboard from Krex. Email(s) sent right after order was entered providing order information and tracking number for UPS Ground. Motherboard was well packed and showed up in perfect condition."

"I have purchased PC materials from krex since the late 90's. I have built or rebuilt 8 computers. Their pricing seems reasonable. the only time I dealt withthe tech staff he was helpful. i have found that heir lowend systems are reliable but lowend and their highend systems reliable but better quality. You get what you pay for. I am currently rebuilding an e-machine which had a fried motherboard. This was low end junk. I'm sure it will hum with the new cpu/motherboard package. i always reccomend Krex to friends."

"I've delt with Krex several times- so far VERY pleased-- I just had a problem with a MOBO that was purchased a while ago- no problem- they will back by it-- simply send it in---- THis is very unlike some other vendors that have no morals (like ArsenalPC)--
The only reason I would order from another vendor is when Krex doesn't have what I need.
They are great to deal with-- very satisfied--- Ed"
