I would like to add my opinion to these reviews.I was very impressed with the service.It did take a while to get the order but that was not the fault of Kremlin Optics it was a supplier issue and they gave me alternate options right away.Any questions I had were answer almost immediately,and I can see buying from them in the future.

What a great company to do business with! I received several emails to tell me what was going on with my order, not just the usual "Thanks for ordering from us, your stuff will arrive in a few days." type email and felt as though I was in the loop the whole time. I also felt like I was a valued customer not just some other guy who had just parted with his hard earned cash and would never be heard from again.  
 
My camera arrived well packaged and well within the time frame that they gave me in their comprehensive correspondence. I was surprised at the speed of processing and delivery. Ordered on a Sunday night, received midday Friday!
