"Kraft Music = Stellar customer service. The sales reps are really the friendliest guys I've ever talked to on the phone and they really take their time discussing with me about my concerns and problems. Initially I ordered a DGX640 and I decided to swap it with a Kawai EP3. It was beyond expectation that the return and exchange will be such a smooth-sailing process and I hardly encountered any problems at all! I really appreciate the help and guidance Mr.Berzowski gave me during the whole process. I am really pleased and satisfied with the EP3. Thank you Kraft Music! You're simply the BEST! "

"I purchased a Yamaha digital piano. I was delighted that I could immediately speak to a knowledgable person. I was given free shipping, and my order arrived within about 3 days. I am very pleased with the piano and the service I received. I was also given a discount on the carrying case. Also the price I paid was about $30 less than a local music store. "

"I was extremely pleased with the excellent service from Kraft Music... they answered all of my questions ahead so that I was able to choose the right products. Comparing their prices/ products with several other sites and stores I feel like I also rec'd the best price and my order was processed imediately. "While searching the web for various digital pianos and keyboards the Kraft Music site popped up. I spent a lot of time on their site watching their videos and comparing their prices to other sites. No one could beat their price package which included a bench, light, headphones & free shipping. I e-mailed some questions and Adam Berzowski answered them very promptly. I was also very pleased to find that their store was within driving distance for me so I took a road trip and purchased a Casio Celviano AP 220 that day. The piano was delivered in the time promised and the truck driver even took it into our house. I love my piano and would definitely recommend purchasing from Kraft Music."

"Kraft Music...First experience and will not be my last.
I never heard of them before but glad they popped up in my search for an electronic drumset.
Great service online, fantastic service on the phone and faster delivery than advertised on their website.
Shipped UPS from Wisconsin on a Tuesday and delivered Thursday at lunch, I couldn't believe it.
No Freight....No Sales Tax....
Best Package deal and the big boys couldn't come close.
I will be buying all my accessories from Kraft as well.
Great job guys.

"The Kraft Music salesperson I talked to was wonderful. I was so lost on which piano to purchase for my child, and they clearly laid out the benefits of several options which helped me decide on the perfect piano. They were the most helpful store I talked to in all my research. My piano arrived right away and in perfect condition.

"I upgraded from my spinet piano to a digital. Being a senior citizen ;a novice at the piano with limited knowledge of digitals, sales associate Adam Berzowski was very helpful in assessing my situation with one of my requirements being that I needed the key action to feel like my old spinet. He demonstrated different keyboards and explained things in a non-intimidating manor helping me to decide on the Yamaha P95B home bundle. Very satisfied with Kraft Music!!! BT"

"I ordered a Nord C2 package from Kraft.

Outstanding service! Shortly after placing my order I was contacted by a very pleasant associated and told of a backorder on one of my items. He offered an alternative and advice on which to buy.

My order arrived six days after I placed it (I ordered on a Saturday) and all was as promised and in great condition. I'd easily order from Kraft again and recommend them to others."

"We recently bought a Yamaha YDP-181 from them. Online experience was good, nice website, good package deal where in they added a Light, Headset and Song book for a $ 1 more than the price of the instrument. Shipped though DBSchenker - basically said free but beware - free is just to drop a 200lbs box on the end of your driveway, so we opted for the enhanced Delivery - $40 charge for them to drop it inside the house - basic ground level with no steps etc. Box came in good condition, within 4 days - great communication on the status of the package. But the shipper sent only one guy (medium to light built) to haul the boxes and he is at the door step expecting you to give him a hand to lift this huge box. Threw my back out helping this person. This is unacceptable - to charge extra to drop it off inside the house and send one person "team" to do the job.

Be careful look elsewhere at Amazon for a store with a better shipper."
