"I wanted to buy a Yamaha acoustic- electric guitar and was not sure which one is the right guitar for me, until I got a hold of Jake Blake at Kraft Music, he was able to help me choose Yamaha A3R, after looking at Yamaha CPX1000 & FGX700SC, I loved the CPX1000 craftsmanship & dressing (rosette and fret board) but went with A3R Bundle due to solid rosewood construction (warm base). Jake Blake spent lot of time with me and was extremely courteous and helpful he answered all emails and voice mails promptly.

I buy a lot of products both personally and at work, and deal with tons of vendors, I find Kraft Music to be very professional and efficient, their website is easy to navigate and their shipping is quick their prices are lowest around.

Their pre & post customer service has been out of this world, Companies get recognition due to their staffs’ skill & attitude, and folks like Jake make customers like me to want to come back and shop more.

I certainly shop with them again.

"Kraft Music is a great on-line music store to deal with. My keyboard came a day early. Everything came in good shape. The bundled items such as the keyboard stand, and the sustain pedal are good quality items. Kraft Music has the best price that includes all the accessories you need to get started. Their agents are friendly and helpful. The Yamaha PSR-E433 is a fantastic keyboard. I recommend Kraft Music."

"I had a problem with my kaossilator pro when it was shipped to me so i decided to send it back in. I called the kraft musicstore and was met by Jake Blake, He was the most helpful sales adviser i have ever talked to. He walked me through the return process and once my packaged arrived the next week i called and he helped me purchase a studio bundle and gave me a review while he set it up. He then set up the order so it would arrive the very next day and it did!!! I am very please with him and thank him for the help... please promote this guy."

While I can only speak about the guy that I have been dealing with, I have every confidence that when something goes wrong (the law of averages suggests that something will eventually) I will pick up the phone and we will figure something out, and then move onward through the fog."

"I was upset that my Item did not ship after a week of ordering it. However Brandon a representative called me and apologized for the long wait. He refunded me the shipping fee for waiting so long. I would still buy from them. They believed that they have to do what is right for the customer."

"On march 12 2013 I purchased a casio piano form Kraft Music,I did write a review, there were some issues with the keyboard and a guarantee issue relating to delivery about shipping and return of product.Kraft music contacted me by phone and e-mail,and corrected relating issues.I do feel they went above and beyond in making sure I was pleased.This kind of sevice will make me purchase from them again.Adam, the gentleman I worked with on this,was on top of it at all times. Thank You Kraft Music"

"My issue with Kraft Music is the problem I had in the shipping of my Kawai CE220 by CEVA Logistics/Airground Express and their lack of communication. I ordered the piano on 1/18/13, it was not shipped out until 1/21/13 (not 3-5 days as promised) from Wisconsin to Pittsburgh where it showed an estimated delivery date of 1/28/13 on the tracking record. Well that day came and went and no delivery. On 1/30/13 I called CEVA, who passed me off to Airground Express, who tossed me about until they finally located my piano/order and they said, "Oh, do YOU want to schedule a delivery day?" Uh, do you think? "Yes ma'am, I thought YOU were supposed to call ME?" So the delivery was set for 1/31/13. Almost 2 weeks! On delivery day there was only ONE driver/delivery guy who had to bring a 180 lb piano into my house all by himself. I felt sorry for this him, but I paid and extra $40.00 for this service. So keep this in mind, you better have someone strong around to help out the delivery people if you order one of these pianos and paying the extra $40.00 for this service does not guarantee you will get it. My husband was home after just having hand surgery so he couldn't help him at all. NOTE: the Kawai CE220 requires a bit of constructing to get it put together and it is VERY heavy, you will need two strong people to lift the keyboard onto the base."

"Fantastic costumer service. I had been in the market for a piano like keyboard for some time and Kraft offered a fantastic bundle set that made going through Kraft the best choice for me. Not only did the product arrive quickly, but every time there was a need I called Kraft directly and spoke with a knowledgeable and helpful representative."

"After shopping around for a couple of weeks on and off line I decided to buy my Casio PX-130 keyboard from Kraft. Their price was competitive and their bundling package made the price unbeatable. I ordered the Key Essentials Bundle and a couple of additional items on a Fri. at 11:50 A.M. My entire shipment arrived at my door on the following Tues. before noon. The service was great. And I am happy knowing I got great equipment at a fantastic price plus free shipping!!! Kraft , you are my "go to" people for anything musical in my household. Thanks. "

"Kraft Music is rated as one of the top 10 sellers by Music Magazine for a reason. The customer service is spectacular and the prices are great. I purchased a Takamine EF340SBG Pro Series guitar which is everything it was billed to be and more. I found the same guitar at a competing online seller and Kraft said they would match the price. Still waiting on the store credit but I'm confident they'll come through. Kraft hooked me up with an all solid wood top of the line guitar for a dirt cheap price including the Takamine case, guitar stand, leather strap, guitar polish and cleaning rag, strings and string winder and picks. A fantastic buy. These guitars won't last and I can't see Kraft Music selling them at their current price when everyone else is selling them for 1749.00 and more. In addition Sitka AAA spruce also referred to as bear claw spruce is become more rare. Rare material plus solid wood guitar equals more expensive guitar. Grab one now before they're gone."

"Kraft Music = Stellar customer service. The sales reps are really the friendliest guys I've ever talked to on the phone and they really take their time discussing with me about my concerns and problems. Initially I ordered a DGX640 and I decided to swap it with a Kawai EP3. It was beyond expectation that the return and exchange will be such a smooth-sailing process and I hardly encountered any problems at all! "I purchased a Yamaha digital piano. I was delighted that I could immediately speak to a knowledgable person. I was given free shipping, and my order arrived within about 3 days. I am very pleased with the piano and the service I received. I was also given a discount on the carrying case. Also the price I paid was about $30 less than a local music store. "
