posted Apr-05-2012 “This feedback is not accurate. Customer ordered a special order Chauvet light fixture. We had a new unit dropshipped directly from the manufacturer right to her. She claimed it wasn't a new item so we immediately had it picked up and returned. The same day the pick-up was scheduled we asked Chauvet to ship a second light to her. Unfortunately they were back-ordered by that time for 3-4 weeks.
As soon as Chauvet informed us, we told the customer that the light would not be able to ship to her for 3-4 weeks. We offered her an immediate full refund or a free upgrade to a similar light, but she declined and said she was willing to wait.
About 4 weeks later she called demanding her light. We explained that Chauvet had just received the lights in and has shipped it the day before she called. She then told us she wanted a full refund and to forget about the light. We told her we would give her the full refund but we would first need to contact UPS to turn around the shipment. That wasn't good enough for her so she threatened to file a fraudulent chargeback and leave us negative feedback.
We issued her a refund the same day we received confirmation that the shipment had been turned around, but she still left negative feedback on multiple review sites.”

posted Apr-26-2012 “We never charged your credit card. When you place an order using your credit card, a temporary hold is automatically placed on your account by your bank. If we do not charge you within 2-4 business days (depending on your bank) it is automatically released.
We never charged you and we never cancelled your order (since you said you were willing to wait for these to come in). Your order is still currently pending. The only thing that happened was that the temporary authorization automatically fell off your account.
We would never cancel your order without calling you first.”

I ordered an item online 1/22/12 and received it 1/27/12. When I opened up the packaging, I was very disappointed to see that the "Brand New" item I had ordered was not "Brand New" at all. Item was not only used, but defective as well. I wrote the company an email the same day and even included pictures of the item. They issued a call tag and the item was picked up 1/31/12. To this date (3/2/12) I have not received a refund or replacement item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
POOR QUALITY+POOR SERVICE+POOR COMMUNICATION+SENDING USED ITEMS AS NEW=BUSINESS FAIL!!!
