posted Apr-26-2012 “We never charged your credit card. When you place an order using your credit card, a temporary hold is automatically placed on your account by your bank. If we do not charge you within 2-4 business days (depending on your bank) it is automatically released.
We never charged you and we never cancelled your order (since you said you were willing to wait for these to come in). Your order is still currently pending. The only thing that happened was that the temporary authorization automatically fell off your account.
We would never cancel your order without calling you first.”

posted Apr-05-2012 “This feedback is not accurate. Customer ordered a special order Chauvet light fixture. We had a new unit dropshipped directly from the manufacturer right to her. She claimed it wasn't a new item so we immediately had it picked up and returned. The same day the pick-up was scheduled we asked Chauvet to ship a second light to her. Unfortunately they were back-ordered by that time for 3-4 weeks.
As soon as Chauvet informed us, we told the customer that the light would not be able to ship to her for 3-4 weeks. We offered her an immediate full refund or a free upgrade to a similar light, but she declined and said she was willing to wait.
About 4 weeks later she called demanding her light. We explained that Chauvet had just received the lights in and has shipped it the day before she called. She then told us she wanted a full refund and to forget about the light. We told her we would give her the full refund but we would first need to contact UPS to turn around the shipment. That wasn't good enough for her so she threatened to file a fraudulent chargeback and leave us negative feedback.
We issued her a refund the same day we received confirmation that the shipment had been turned around, but she still left negative feedback on multiple review sites.”
"My name is Drew with FOX Entertainment based out of Lima, Ohio.I am the owner and operator of www.drewfoxdj.com Within the last year I have probably ordered close to $15000 worth of gear from KPODJ and couldn't be more satisfied with them and their amazing prices.I have oredered Elation Moving head fixtures and dmx cables just to name a few items. The few issues I have had with products were resolved very quickly and were not KPODJ's fault but UPS. You can't really control how UPS and FedEx treat your package. KpoDJ has always done a great job with shipping fast and using proper packaging materials. You have to remember some products are drop shipped direct from factory and they have no control of that. BOTTOM LINE Disregard the other few bad reviews of KPODJ.I would almost venture to say that the other bad reviewers are the kind of people that can't be pleased by anything or anyone or they are simply a competitor trying to trash KPODJ.Tom and Joe with KPODJ are great guys offering awesome insight, customer service and BELOW wholesale prices on gear. Like I said I recommend KPODJ 100% and I dare you to try and find better prices online!"
