"I made a purchase from Koobay and my Paypal account locked up because we were in the middle of moving and the address did not match my account.Koobay was quick to refund my Paypal account.I made the purchase again as soon as I received my refund.I am excited about this purchase. I intend to purchase both my parents their first smart phone as soon as I receive mine."

"I bought a Tablet from these people. Firts of all , their customer services SUCKS. No one ever ansewers the phone and they are using an answering machine to record messages!!!!
The tablet worked for 2 days and then it won't charge. The thing is dead. I have written emails but no response. I wished I never bought from these people."

"I absolutely love the 5.3 inch Android smartphone. I don't do much more than calling and texting, but always wanted a bigger screen. Though I don't use it for much more than it's phone capabilities, plenty of apps work with it, and surfing the web and listening to music are very easy. games like angry Birds are best played on this bigger screen."

"I bought the 3.5 Inch w007, it's an awesome phone. it came about 2 weeks. still trying to figure out everything on it and so far so good. the little booklet that comes with the phone dosen't tell you much in regards to operating the phone but how to setup the phone and a basic guide to what the phone does. I like it well enough to buy it again."

"The 5.3 inch i9300 smartphone arrived on time as usual by this seller, it looked exceptionarilly good and once the internet was configured the fun began. It worked well, the pre-installed apps were great. However, the 8GB microSD card is having some issues. Every time I downloaded something, it became a problem. I had to get a new memory card for the hone. Happy ending now"

"Ordered the big screen i9330 :). The super AMOLED touch screen Is amazing, and very fast with dual core 1.5GHz CPU, its perfect. It came quickly also (only 3 days from New Jersey). I also ordered the case, which turned out not as good as expected."

"I have recevied the Degal Android d9220 phone. The super AMOLED 5 inch big screen is a real pleasure to use. The phone comes with dual core 1GHz CPU and is fast, no lagging. Call reception is very good and voice clarity at either end is very good as well. Battery life is average, but came with two batteries. I will report back with more details, but so far I am very pleased with the Degal 5 inch and would highly recommend it."

"I was looking for an unlocked Android 4.0 phone. After some research and reading reviews I narrowed it down to 5 inch D9220 phone. On paper it seems to have all the features I wanted: Android 4.0, large screen, unlocked, dual SIM and an affordable price. I must say, I was a bit skeptical. So, I took a leap of faith and I ordered this phone. It took a week and half for the delivery. Not bad since it's shipped from China. About the phone, the phone came with two batteries, wired earphone and microphone, charger and USB cable. The screen is huge, it feels you are holding a mini-mini tablet. It feel sturdy and well built. This was one of my concerns when i ordered, but once I opened the box I was very satisfied with the built quality and materials. I like the big screen, it's crisp , bright, very responsive, no dead pixels or lag. Multi-touch works great. I installed my T-mobile SIM and it worked without any additional action. The phone has two cameras, both worked flawlessly. I was able to switch cameras and take pics without any problem. The quality is acceptable considering the price, I mean, i hear people bitch about bad quality pics from phone's cameras and they seem to forget, its a phone not a camera."

"Degal 5.3 inch white came in and looked very impressive; The TV feature only meant for anolog signal, but really who cares, the camera takes good pics for what it is inside up close good far away ,flash works good and there is an app in the phone for a flash light pretty cool. Screen works nice and it is fast I would suggest putting in an app to increase volume that helped a lot. Speaker phone is ok, not the greatest. Now lets get to the dual sims love love I have STRAIGHT TALK, ordered a sim and put it in then put in APN settings in 10 minutes so, because it is dual sim you can have two numbers just go to a pre pay WCDMA provider and there you go two line switch back and forth. Overall it is a nice smartphone with two batteries which is nice"

"I got the 5'' Degal white. I didn't pay much attention to the size of this phone before ordering it so I was stunned when I opened the box and realized it was HUGE! However, that has worked to my advantage in using it for a GPS, to play games, texting, watching videos, etc. The screen is bright and crisp, the response time from the processor is surprisingly fast, the screen is very responsive, and it's handled all the apps I've thrown at it so far with ease. The battery life is great until you run a few app, but it came with two. Overall, very good product."

"I got this 5 inch d9220 unlocked smartphone from KooBay, paid a total of $187 and was definitely surprised by the quality. Its very solid and feels just like a brand name phone. The MTK6575 processor is very solid and overall the phone had scored a 3656 on the Antutu Benchmark, The 3G works automatically after I put in my AT&T SIM card. So overall, the phone itself is good quality, battery lasted all day with heavy use on WIFI. Screen comes pre-installed with a cover. I am very happy with this phone"
