"Buying a new pair of Sunlasses is important to me as I wear them when driving, and also when fell walking. I looked at many sites before I found Kontrol Sports. Your site was far superior, and the information you gave , I have never seen on any other site. You helped me choose the right coloured lenses, making it easier for me. The information you give on each pair of Sunglasses is superb, and I knew then what a professional company I had found. "alls that i can say is fantastic! look and feel good and have brought comfort and piece of mind to me. These glass were bought due to my photo sensitive epilepsy and have been great for my eyes - big thumbs up! Also very prompt delivery of order :)"

"Recently after my eye surgery, I was looking for prescribed Sports Sunglasses, that could be used for playing sports like Cricket, Squash,etc
I did lot of online investigation on different companies’ products & I opted for Kontrol Sunglasses Gelshock Amber & the Prescription Insert for Gelshock.
Steve Hocking at Kontrols Sports was very helpful in advising me the right product & in fact, that saved my money. I was impressed by the Business Ethics & not to forget that the delivery was on time. I have been wearing the above frames with prescription insert during my cricket games & thoroughly satisfied with the quality, strength & flexibility of product.
All these have culminated in going ahead & ordering few more coloured frames for other activities like Squash, golf, night driving, too.

"The wearing of sunglasses for me when cycling, like I would imagine for most people, is a must. I came across Kontrol sunglasses while googling and must admit I am impressed with them.

They assist obviously in taking the edge off a blinding sun, but also prevent flies, gnats, bees even stone chippings from passing cars entering the eye.

These not only do all of the above they also sit just off the face so as when sweat is pouring from it the sweat flows down the contours of the face unlike

my other so called “better” ones where they sit up close against the face, and the streams of sweat roll over the frame, then either down the inside or the

outside of the lens leaving snail-trails which will eventually lead to your vision being impaired, or as they are so close to the face air is unable to circulate around the lens so when you have to stop at a junction or traffic lights, without the flow of air across the lens they fog over.

They come in a sturdy zip closing case along with a cloth for when you need to clean off all those gnats etc!! I'd recommend these to any sportsman or woman."

"I believe that Steve and KontrolSports sum up all that can be said about a professional service. A very good product and an even better customer service.

I have never used prescription inserts before and was somewhat sceptical of having a frame within a frame. I asked many questions before buying and received prompt responses from Steve. But I also asked many questions after the purchase and got equally friendly and prompt response. So certainly customer service extends beyond the sale point.

As for the product, the glasses look smart and do the job without putting a big whole in the wallet. Before using them, I thought that the prescription insert may pose some problems. But this proved to be not the case once I put them on. And there appear to be a good range on sale that caters for different uses. Many for the sports activities and more for the casual sunbather. Having bought one about two weeks ago for squash/badminton, i have now ordered two more which gives me the luxury of one for indoor sports, one for outdoor sports and one for casual sun protection.

So I would sum up by saying that KontrolSports offers a good range of glasses with a great sale/after sale service."

" Been wearing my prescription Gelshock glasses for a year now. They are starting to get a bit scratched but considering the hard life they have led I am not surprised. I go mountain biking and these glasses have never fallen off even on the plenty of occasions I have discovered that my skill wont stretch that far and I have hit the ground hard. They have also stood up to being sat on twice. I have had sunglasses costing 4 times as much that didnt wear so well, well done Kontrol. "
