"Ordered over a gig of memory and it works great.
Hope to do business with them again.
I came very fast and had no troubles with shipping or billing.
They had some of the cheapest prices around for brand name memory, and prices are still going down.
Anyway, it's rare to find a positive rating on this site, so I give them an average because it's not like they went above and beyond the call of duty, they simply did what I paid them to do. Although it can be hard to find a company that does that these days over the internet."

" I decided to buy from Komusa when KnowledgeMicro started jerking me around.

I ordered two 512MB PC3200 (DDR400) Samsung RAM chips. Also ordered two high-quality aluminum RAM sinks. ($173 total)

Free shipping was only for one RAM chip... which is OK considering how cheap they were to begin with. I actually got Samsung RAM modules (some companies give you generic when you specifically purchase a name brand product).

I have yet to fully test the chips with my motherboard, I will update this post once I do.

Shipping was USPS Priority. Packaging was adequate. Overall, very good service / website for a relatively new company. Prices can't be beat.

Update:
RAM works absolutely perfectly and the heatspreaders helped to keep the temperature down.

I highly recommend KOMUSA for future buys."

"Three words: Great customer service!

I placed an order for a memory stick and later realized that i didn't get free shipping. (I forgot to put the coupon code) I emailed them and got a reply w/i 10 minutes! The agent told me about the coupon code and that he would get rid of the shipping cost for me. You bet he did and i got my stick!"

"I was in the market looking for the best prices & overall customer service I contacted by e-mail three companies only one company actually responded to my e-mails and replied several times to my comments, about Komusa was excellent not only did they answered my questions they also provided me a return policy if the part didn't work which was 2 kingmax 128mb memory for my Toshiba Tecra 8000. I benchmark my pc with sisoft-sandra & other mem prog and believe me there was 12-17% difference in the boot speed and overall applications. I will defiantly go back to this company for all my purchases."
