Their memory prices are also very reasonable.<br><br>Their website gives excellent detail on their memory compatibility, and it has been accurate both times for me. This extra info has saved me a lot of time and effort.<br><br>Furthermore, on my second order, I made a mistake regarding the type of memory I needed. I placed the order in the evening and later realized that I had ordered the wrong type of memory. I called them shortly after they opened the next morning to see if the order could be corrected. They had already sent it out to be shipped (very fast service)! It worked fine, however after reading about this company on Anandtech I came to discover that I was sold an overclocked PC2700 module. Their website at the time did not inform me of this. The site has since been updated. They said their website has always said it was overclocked, but it didn\u0027t say that when I ordered in March. I do know how to read and I would not have ordered this if the website had said it was really PC2700. I was informed that I couldn\u0027t return it past 15 days and if I wanted an actual PC3200 DIMM it would cost $15 more. So that means that I would have to pay an extra $15 to get something that they should have given me in the first place. I was teeter-tootering between this website and buyAIB.com and wasn\u0027t really sure who to go with b\/c it was only a $10 difference. But through ResellerRatings.com I was able to find out that buyAIB.com wasn\u0027t the best company to go with and from there the choice was simple. Komusa not only had the cheapest brand-name RAM I could find, but they were also throwing in a free Premium Platinum Silver Heat Spreader with purchase as well as free shipping. The order was placed on a Wednesday morning and was received promptly on a Saturday afternoon via USPS. Not bad for free shipping. I can\u0027t complain. I thought at first that it was going to be Free 2-Day FedEX but obviously shipping like that for free would be dreaming. So 3-Day ground via USPS wasn\u0027t that bad. One thing that\u0027s nice about USPS is that they do deliver on Saturdays whereas the other companies make the delivery rollover until the next business day. "To be fair, I will leave this as a neutral feedback. We ordered 3 256mb Micron SDRam modules and were shipped 3 'off-the-wall' no name modules that are definately not Micro nor any Major oem. We've been in business for over 10-years and I can tell you that our transaction REAKS of product swapping.
The company did offer to refund the difference between generice and major pricing or offered to refund product price if we returned them. However, returning them would mean a loss of the shipping charges to us and again back to them. We elected to choose the refund of the difference and will have to live with the purchase.
We will not deal with this company again."
