Unfortunately, we did have a minor fulfillment error - the wrong knobs were shipped to us. However, all it took was one phone call, and the Knob Deco team expedited shipment of the correct knobs to us so we didn't have to reschedule our installer. Errors can happen, and it shows really good customer service when the seller takes steps to make it right.
