"i ordered 3 knives from knife kingdom. they all had rust on the handle. i sent 2 emails to them informing them of my complaint. after 2 weeks they have not responded. having an occassional bad product sent out is understandable. however, ignoring correspondence from a customer is not. i will never order from this company again.
