"Company is horrible to deal with, I ordered a simple griptilian nothing special. I was told it was back ordered, so I waited and waited, I have been dealing with trying to get a response and also getting my money back, I placed an order in December and it is now march and I still have not received anything, I attempted contact through phone and email multiple times and nothing is returned. I will not recommend this website to anyone what so ever."

"Worried, ordered some knives and paid for 2nd day air shipping. Order was marked completed and my credit card has been dinged, but I didn't get a tracking number. Emailed asking for one and haven't got a response. Called their number and am getting a message that it is 'temporary unavailable'. I feel ripped off if I paid for 2nd day shipping and my order is still sitting somewhere on a shelf in their warehouse six days later. I hope I'm wrong, but like I said I'm worried. Next time I'll stick with Amazon.

UPDATE: I got my order. I finally was able to get through to a Knife Country USA message saying they were out. They still haven't responded to two email requests, but that is no longer necessary. I've updated my rating, but they need to update their shipping infrastructure to come up to the 21st century. When you pay extra for shipping you should get a tracking number.

UPDATE 2: Knife Country USA actually called me to badger me about my review. I had upped the initial review by two stars, now dropping it by one. If they spent as much time on customer service and updating their infrastructure as they do chasing down bad reviews to harass customers I'd bet they'd get better reviews.

"I bought a CRKT M16-10KZ form KnifeCountryUSA.com about a week ago. I was very impressed with the punctuality of this dealer. The knife was artfully packed leaving not even the smallest of dents in the products box. I was also mailed a business card with a coupon code worth 10% off my next purchase. I recommend buying from this website, as I will for all of my knife, defense, and tactical need in years to come. "

"Horrible, terrible customer service. It took a week for the item to be shipped. A week?!? They said it was "in stock". I imagine everything is always "in stock".
Then when I call to find out why, I'm promptly told it's my fault because they say it takes "3 days" to process. Hmmmm. 3 days in KnifeCountryUSA.com's world must be like 6 days to the rest of us. My fault, huh?
Do yourself a favor and avoid this seller like the plague. Find someone who actually wants to serve customers the right way.

"This Dealer of knives totally "Ripped-Me-Off". He was aggravated with me when I had to send something back previously for a Refund. So when I trustingly Ordered from him again he ruined the Item I Ordered before sending it to me. This Old Geezer is an Asshole. Don't trust him; and don't buy here."

"I researched significantly for my Fallkniven & found the best price at Knife Country & ordered it. Afterwards I found this site & read with alarm a couple of the reviews rating this merchant very low. I became VERY worried about my order. Well, it arrived just fine. Whew! I called a few times during the process because of those rating comments. Lucky or good service? I'm going to rate them five stars in my case. "

"This is the best knife website out there. I love the selction of knives they carry. I have not found a better selection online. The customer service rep was very helpful in finding what I was looking for and the package arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for the great service I will do business with you again."

"Placed an order on 8 January and they charged my credit card immediately. 29 January and nothing had arrived, checked order status and their website says the knife is backordered from manufacturer. I was never notified and it appears they would never have notified me it I hadn't checked the status.
Here in Texas we call this an interest free loan.
I have request they cancel the order and credit my account.
I'll post again with the resolution.
I would advise against dealing with anyone that charges your card before they ship the merchandise

"Poor experience all around at Knife Country. I live about an hour and half away and can't believe how much time I've wasted trying to get my order corrected. With the understanding that it was a holiday order, I cut them some slack, but after 3 mistakes-- I can't believe this operation is still in business.

I placed my order on the 20th of December, a late gift, with NO expectations that the item would arrive in time for the holiday. When I phoned in on the 23, requesting a tracking number, I was notified that while my order had been marked fullfilled-- that did not mean it had shipped.

On the 24th, I logged in again to find the order had shipped and a tracking number had been updated. The tracking number was express mail so I got verbose information on the status. By the evening of the 24th, my knife landed on a doorstep 3 states away (wrong shipping address). I figured mistakes happen and waited until the customer service team was back on from their holiday vacation.

On the 29th, the first day Knife Country had re-opened following the holiday I called in and left a voicemail requesting a callback with all of my order information and the shipping issue I experienced. I waited all afternoon for a call, but no one replied. Again, chock it up to being busy, so I gave them a call back.

The customer service rep on the phone couldn't tell me why the knife had shipped to the wrong state, but told me he'd look into and send me an email to my address on file with a status update and new tracking information. Needless to say, this never arrived.

Fast forward to January 3, I have finally received a knife from the company-- albeit the WRONG KNIFE. It appears that Knife Country shipped their last remaining stock to the wrong address and substituted this blade in place of the original one I've ordered, WITHOUT CONFIRMING with me that this was acceptable.

I will never deal with this company again. I've chased them for updates, they've made more mistakes than are excusable even for a busy time, and they clearly don't value a customers satisfaction.

Terrible online operation.

"They had the knife I wanted at the best price. The shipping was a little slow, but I believe it had to do with the holiday and weekend. When I called about when I would receive it, I was called back right away and the rep was very friendly and helpful. I would order from them again. "
