When I did my order, their site said shipping is free for both sending and returning a textbook;hovever this is not true. I paid an extra $5.00 for faster shipping, only to find our that amount would be used for standard shipping. I'm taking a summer course, so I needed the textbook ASAP, so it was a bit upsetting to wait like almost 9 days for the book I needed. I don't mind the extra fees charged for express shipping, but the website should be specific in regard to this, so we can know what to expect. To my understanding, standard shipping is free, and if you pay $5.00, this amount entitles you to express shipping. I emailed them to let them know how I felt but they changed everything around. I just know I was expecting to receive the textbook in 2-5 days maximum, and that did not happened. Other than that the prices for their rentals are very affordable and convenient because you decide how many days you need a textbook and the less time, the lower the fee.
