I ordered a bike jacket for my husband for Christmas with not very many shopping days left. I called the customer service line and the gentlemen I spoke with helped me with the availablity of the product I was looking at and also helped me decide the best way to get it shipped so it would arrive on time for Christmas. He was very polite and answered all of my questions so I didn\u0027t feel rushed. They arrived but unfortunately I had to be out of town for a the days UPS tried to deliver. "HORRIBLE! Kneedraggers is simply not what it used to be. I ordered a Zero Gravity windscreen from them 01/18/12, received it a few days later with very small hairline cracks in the screen more than likely caused in manufacturing process. So I sent the screen back, they received it on 02/01/12. Now I am here 34 days, after 5, not even exaggerating but 5 phone calls later promises after promises each week I'd have a refund and I still out of my almost $100 spent on the screen with return shipping that I had to pay for. Simply UNACCEPTABLE I have been more than patient with Kneedraggers, but I had no choice but to dispute this on my credit card since they couldn't handle a simple task of refunding my money. I will NEVER order from Kneedraggers again, next time I'll just stick to either Sportbike Track Gear or Rider Superstore."
