"I buy my medical prescriptions there because when I needed a special medication it was hard to find & the pharmacist made sure that they had it for me every month. That was more than 10 years ago. When they closed stores a few years ago that pharmacist drove out of his way by 50+ miles because he liked the people he worked with & his customers so much. He still takes special care of my family. The prices of merchandise may be a little higherbut they have some great sales that make up the difference. Also with their awards card program I recently had built up enough points to pay for more than $40 in merchandise and I still had $4 left to use when ever I want. I love this store. Please don't close it. It's the Kmart in Griffith Indiana"

One item shipped from a nearby warehouse and the other shipped from a local store so I ended up getting both items after one business day. They had a free shipping promo and the best price for the two items. This beats Amazon Super Saver Shipping so hopefully Kmart can stay in business to provide some competition."

I really have nothing bad to say about them only for the fact that i rather get things on line because in store theres only one or two cashiers and i hate waiting in line. just thought i would bring a little bit of positive here because from my experiences everything has been good. "I have a local Kmart store in my town and occasionally shop there. Never had a problem. Recently needed some certain tools and Kmart's online store had a stock of them at decent prices so I ordered them. They arrived yesterday. So, shipping only took a couple of days and they were exactly what I ordered and were well packaged. My experience at the online store was okay. The search engine was adequate enough to let me find what I was looking for and the checkout procedure was not complicated. Overall experience was good."
"Do not trust Kmart.com. They changed my order after I placed it and then they shipped the modified order after I told them to cancel my order. The people on the help line phones say they can't do anything once an order is placed and they are sorry. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. I now have my credit card company involved and soon the BBB. Beware "
