"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KLEARGEAR!

I ended up losing money for for items that KlearGear never shipped. After 3 months of trying to contact via email, help tickets, phone calls and certified letter (all without any responses) I finally ended up contacting the BBB to help. Soon after I received a generic form-email (from a KlearGear do-not-reply email address) advising my order had been canceled and my money would be refunded.

To this day I have never receive another response from KlearGear nor my money back despite more attempts by the BB and myself. The BBB ended up closing the issue as unresponsive/unsolved.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY NO MATTER WHAT. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS POSTED HERE. They shipped a defective product, accepted the return, promised a replacement, when I never received it, they said they would issue refund immediately.

Needless to say, 4 months, 10 e-mails, useless phone calls & 1 complaint to the local BBB, and I still have not received my money. This company blatantly steals your money and then ignores you.

KlearGear.com is rated F with the BBB. Beyond that there is nothing much they can do. I am purusing alternative federal actions and will be developing a website with the sole focus of posting this complaints & driving up SEOs to compete with their site. "

"Ordered 4 small items, never rec'd a shipping confirmation or items, and THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS SELLER! They have removed their email address and customer service info from their website. I called and rec'd a recording that they aren't taking any calls, so use their online customer service (WHICH IS NON-EXISTANT). SUPER SCAM!"

"I to have been ripped off $170. Australian by kleargear.com.I have continually harrassed them for the goods I ordered & paid for by my wifes credit card,Now they dennie I was charged but our bank statement said otherwise. Should of been shipped on the 18th september.We wont order anything from the U.S again.Outrageous! David Q. Australia "

"Company refuses to refund my money after not shipping the merchandise I have emailed over 20 times, called (you can only leave messages as they screen their calls). Filed a complaint with Paypal but 45 days was up. Filed complaint with BBB but they did not repsond to the BBB. "

"Unfortunately, the items I ordered were never delivered. I've tried contacting KlearGear about this--but after 8 days, 2 emails and 2 messages left on their automated phone system, I've been unable to speak to anyone or to receive any kind of response. I've resorted to filing a complaint with PayPal.

So far they haven't responded to that, either."

"I never received merchandise. After emailing and calling several times with no response, I decided to report them to BBB. Luckily, my paypal payment was never processed by them and it expired so I'm not out any money. I also filed a complaint with Paypal about this company. "

"Never received product a/o 29 Dec. Paid for rush shipping. Credit card was debited 16 Dec. Want to cancel, get my money back. Company is unresponsive via e-mail or telephone. Customer Service is always busy. According to their on-line policy, I won't receive a refund. Would never, never, never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTING FROM KLEARGEAR. I'm not sure the company exists. "
