"I ordered a 2GB card from them for a decent price when the card arrive it did not work,i call their customer service and the guy seemed like he was annoyed.They wanted me to pay for shipping to return it for my replacement even though the card was defective when it came.I won't be shopping with them anytime soon."

"Product was ok but the rebate was a total scam. They sent me the rebate late and when I deposited the rebate it got bounced because Kingston cancelled the bank account from which they issued the rebate. They place so many restrictions on redemption of rebate that chances are slim that you will be able to get your rebate amount and deposit. I emailed their representative who replied back and wouldnt issue me another check. My bank charged me $25 fee for bounced check. "

The only complaint is the lack of a central rebate section of their site. Once a promotion has ended, the rebates are gone. Of course, this is typical for most companies that offer rebates. It would be nice to have the form as a PDF so customers can save it for future reference instead of the HTML file."

It was so cheap that I decided to buy two of them (I had planned to get only one). Shipping was free, and the items arrived reasonably fast. My laptop now runs faster than when it had only 256MB of RAM. It's money well spent, and the next time I need more RAM I will definitely check Kingston first."

"First time customer of Kingston. Purchased a 128mb SD Memory Card. Price was right, and 2nd day Fedex shipping was free! Received email confirmation, and tracking info, and package arrived on time. Overall my experience was excellent, and I probably would buy from them again."
