After talking with their representative on the phone the company did stand behind their free shipping promo and included all other items in my order (since they were not a significant amount of extra weight). <br><br>I'm happy with their products and their customer service. They also did a good job in packing my order for shipment and nothing was damaged (very important when shipping fragile electrical devices).
