"Great pricing and great customer service. A month after a purchase an item I bought had broke. However, they were out of stock of the item which I needed to be replaced. I contacted customer service and asked if I could possibly exchange for another item and get the difference refunded. They were more than happy to do so. I sent it off and a week later I got my new item and the difference in price back."

"Absolutely NO problems with this store. Everything went PERFECT. Good communication, fast shipping (came 1 day before the ETA). I would deal with these guys again. In fact, I'm planning on doing so soon. As for the product... Well, it wasn't exactly the quality I expected, but they didn't make it, so that doesn't count."

"I ordered a DS-X without realizing that the payment would put my credit balance over its limit for the month. After contacting Kick Trading, they promptly (within 12 hours) gave me a refund. I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll definitely shop here again.

"Ordered online. Everything went smoothly. They were also fast to reply to all my emails. And even though I picked the standard 7 day shipping. My package must have hit the planes at the right times because it shipped on Friday and I got it Monday. Talk about fast. Got exactly what I wanted and works perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Update. I am still testing the product and had 1 day with some issues. Kicktrading is polite and quick to reply. They offered to exchange if needed. But it's working fine now, so I think I am all good. Great people to talk to."

"Excellent Store. I've ordered from them several times now... Once in November '07, Again in February '08, and now May '08. Each time they had awesome deals, and processed everything same-day or next-day. I received everything quickly, and further if I had any problems or questions, their customer service took care of it right away. The fact that this has happened on three separate orders proves that they're consistent too.

Would definitely recommend them if you're going to get a flashcart for your NDS. Did a longer review here if interested:
