I thought that the company was in NY, and since I am in NJ I knew that if the item was shipped the same day I would receive it the next day via Ground Shipping. After placing my order I requested that my order be processed ASAP. I was told that every effort would be made to get my order out within 24 hours. Two days after I placed my order it showed on Keenzo\u0027s website that it still was not shipped. I e-mailed my concerns to Keenzo\u0027s customer service department, and they responded quickly explaining the situation. My order had already shipped, it just wasn\u0027t listed that way on the website because of a problem they were having with their order tracking software. They sent me a $5 gift certificate to make up for the misunderstanding.<br><br>Bottom line: This company has excellent customer service and amazing prices.
