Ordered a Katadyn Pocket filter from Keenzo on Oct. 2 (best price from what looked like a decent vendor according to Googles rating reference).  
 
10 days later I had not seen or heard anything beyond the initial order confirmation. Had to put in a support ticket to see what was going on. Got a fairly quickly reply that the item was out of stock and that they did not know if they'd be getting any more in stock.  
 
Keenzo was quick to cancel the order at my request, the only issues that I have is (1) if they knew they were not going to get any more in pro-active communication or stop selling the item would have been better and (2) this is a vendor that charges your card when you order, not once the item ships.  
 
If the price was right I might give Keenzo another try. Can't say anything was terrible, just less communication that I'd expect in this situation. Customer service, however, was very easy to work with once I was in contact with them. That is usually a sign of a decent company.

These guys don't own the products!! After I made my order, I received an email from them asking me to update my "Alternate ship-to information" with my bank, which I did. I never received my product and after I contacted them I received an email saying: "We are checking with our distributor regarding your item. We expect to hear back from them shortly. As soon as we hear back from them, we will contact you immediately."  
Well, I thought that they own the product!! When I called the customer service (8am to 5pm) they told me that it will take 7 to 10 business day to receive my product! I just canceled my order because they wasted my time! I wanted to save $10 but I was wrong. I would not do business with them again!

I couldn't be more happier with using Keenzo.com. I have placed several orders with them for Maxpedition products as well as other items and they not only have the best pricing, but fair shipping quotes as well. Their web site is easy to navigate and kept up to date which is always a huge plus in this age of online shopping.  
 
I would not hesitate to use them again for future purchases and would also highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I ordered item from keenzo a ny based company,paid nys sales tax,only ordered from them to save shipping time as price was considerably higher than other companys further from me.Over a week later no parts(ups inside nys is one buisness day!I look at bank statement they took payment same day ordered. I call keezo several times at 10:30 est.they finally answer phone and promptly tell me my item is in oregon and hasnt shipped,i said thats uneceptable and ask for refund they denied me a refund.I could have ordered same item from west coast with overnite shipping for a few bucks more and had a week ago.SO ITS BUYER BEWARE this company isnt a stocking dealer i believe they used my money to buy item then ship to me possibly because of cash flow shortage.

My experience with Keenzo was ideal. I ordered a Samsung laser printer at 1am on a Sunday morning, and was surprised to find it at home (free ground shipping) when I got home from work on Tuesday. Their price for the new printer was lower than anyone else's, and it works like a charm.

The website was each to use and I was able to locate what I was looking for quickly. The price was lower then any other place I was able to find out on the web. They turned my order around in 24 hours. Very quick and effecient. I would recomend them.

Terrible. Item ordered was not shipped; instead, I got something I did not want. Repeated requests to Keenzo to give me a return authorization were ignored. I set a deadline, they ignored that too, so I have cancelled the order (with my credit card issuer). I still have the unwanted item, and Keenzo can have it back any time they ask for it. I will not order with this company again

We have no tickets on file, no telephone logs and no RMA requests in our system. You need to actually login to your account and request your RMA through our system so that it can be processed. If you have sent emails to our automated system then they likely were lost. Please contact Laura in customer service via phone or by ticket through our system and she will be able to help you. Ordered boat steering cable. Price was very good; delivery was very good. Communications was not good at all. Company seems to be a drop-shipper for some items, and mine was one of those items (packing slip said Bill to Keenzo; Ship to me.) Not that there is anything wrong with that, in that it holds down inventory costs, and therefore prices to the consumer, but "in stock" representations are not accurate, and company has no control over shipping and cannot (or will not) answer questions re shipping. While my transaction went well enough, reading the reviews on this site clearly shows others have not.  
 
The shipping container was something you would expect to find if you picked the item off the shelf somewhere. It was not meant for shipping. The thin box was penetrated by the cable and looked like it had been tossed around by the baggage gorilla. It was in such bad shape that I could not tell if it had been opened before. The grease on the end of the steering cable appeared dirty, as if the cable could have been used before (it is possible to substitute a used cable for a new one, and RMA the used assembly, thus getting a "free" cable.) I do not know that this happened but the condition of the box and the grease make me a little apprehensive about what I actually got, plus the steering is much stiffer that it should be.  
 
I will not buy from this company again.

Freight carriers such as FEDEX and UPS can get overzealous and you would be far from the first person who received damaged goods. Please feel free to contact our customer service to rectify this. Further, as you already understand 3rd party fulfillment than you also understand that on occasions where we may use such a service the packing materials used are beyond our control. Once again, however, we always do the right thing and our customer service will be able to help you. Thanks for your feedback.

Communication and Responsiveness = Worst I've ever had shopping online. (and I buy EVERYTHING online, and have for 10 years)  
 
I ordered a product one day and sent an email shortly afterward requesting they make sure the package was "signature required".  
3 days later I finally get a response saying they can't do that. I reply right away to have them continue shipping anyway.  
A week goes by and still no email of shipping confirmation or contact from them. I log in to see the item is still listed as "Held Pending customer contact". So I send another email "Send Product!"  
I wait another day - no reply.  
I finally call them and Customer Service offers no explanation of the lack of response to me. They just say "Oh it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do that now." I send a follow up email - this time through their website submission form - to confirm my call and to ask if I get some sort of shipping confirmation email.  
No reply. 1-2 days later I'm ready to call again, but log in to their site and see the product has just now shipped. Would have never known otherwise.  
 
As good as their prices may be, I will never order here again. I'd rather pay a little more and have a company that is on top of their customer service. First impressions mean everything.

Placed an order early on the 19th and received it on the 24th. About 5-6 business day- efficient enough.  
I had to post a couple of tickets tho. The 1st ticket (1 day later); I was wondering if it was shipped, and I was told it will be in about 24hrs. The 2nd ticket (a couple more days afterward) was an inquire to find out if there was a tracking number. After 2nd the ticket was submitted, a few hours later, I had a tracking number and it was finally shipped that day (72-96hrs from the time of placing the order). I felt a little bit like a spark-plug, having to request to start processes. But a major PLUS, was that every ticket was dealt with in a friendly manner quickly, so I'm thankful for that.  
The product was as stated, and the price was the lowest (from an legitimate site). Overall, I recommend and will continue to order, if the price and service remains top-notch. It wasn't a big deal with the packaging lag (to get it out the door), but some people might find it annoying.
