Keenzo was great. They had the lowest price online I could find for the product I bought, it arrived quickly and exactly as advertised. Will use this site again for future purchases as a result of this transaction.

Keenzo.com had the best price on the Flatscreen TV wall mount plus free shipping, no tax, and I got cashback on the order form bing.com. The order arrived 10 days after I ordered it and I had visibility of shipping and delivery online at fedex.com to track the order. I'm very happy overall. I got what I ordered in the condition (New) as advertised.
Ordered a Katadyn Pocket filter from Keenzo on Oct. 2 (best price from what looked like a decent vendor according to Googles rating reference).
10 days later I had not seen or heard anything beyond the initial order confirmation. Had to put in a support ticket to see what was going on. Got a fairly quickly reply that the item was out of stock and that they did not know if they'd be getting any more in stock.
Keenzo was quick to cancel the order at my request, the only issues that I have is (1) if they knew they were not going to get any more in pro-active communication or stop selling the item would have been better and (2) this is a vendor that charges your card when you order, not once the item ships.
If the price was right I might give Keenzo another try. Can't say anything was terrible, just less communication that I'd expect in this situation. Customer service, however, was very easy to work with once I was in contact with them. That is usually a sign of a decent company.

These guys don't own the products!! After I made my order, I received an email from them asking me to update my "Alternate ship-to information" with my bank, which I did. I never received my product and after I contacted them I received an email saying: "We are checking with our distributor regarding your item. We expect to hear back from them shortly. As soon as we hear back from them, we will contact you immediately."
Well, I thought that they own the product!! When I called the customer service (8am to 5pm) they told me that it will take 7 to 10 business day to receive my product! I just canceled my order because they wasted my time! I wanted to save $10 but I was wrong. I would not do business with them again!
I couldn't be more happier with using Keenzo.com. I have placed several orders with them for Maxpedition products as well as other items and they not only have the best pricing, but fair shipping quotes as well. Their web site is easy to navigate and kept up to date which is always a huge plus in this age of online shopping.
I would not hesitate to use them again for future purchases and would also highly recommend them to my friends and family.
I ordered item from keenzo a ny based company,paid nys sales tax,only ordered from them to save shipping time as price was considerably higher than other companys further from me.Over a week later no parts(ups inside nys is one buisness day!I look at bank statement they took payment same day ordered. I call keezo several times at 10:30 est.they finally answer phone and promptly tell me my item is in oregon and hasnt shipped,i said thats uneceptable and ask for refund they denied me a refund.I could have ordered same item from west coast with overnite shipping for a few bucks more and had a week ago.SO ITS BUYER BEWARE this company isnt a stocking dealer i believe they used my money to buy item then ship to me possibly because of cash flow shortage.
My experience with Keenzo was ideal. I ordered a Samsung laser printer at 1am on a Sunday morning, and was surprised to find it at home (free ground shipping) when I got home from work on Tuesday. Their price for the new printer was lower than anyone else's, and it works like a charm.
The website was each to use and I was able to locate what I was looking for quickly. The price was lower then any other place I was able to find out on the web. They turned my order around in 24 hours. Very quick and effecient. I would recomend them.
Terrible. Item ordered was not shipped; instead, I got something I did not want. Repeated requests to Keenzo to give me a return authorization were ignored. I set a deadline, they ignored that too, so I have cancelled the order (with my credit card issuer). I still have the unwanted item, and Keenzo can have it back any time they ask for it. I will not order with this company again

We have no tickets on file, no telephone logs and no RMA requests in our system. You need to actually login to your account and request your RMA through our system so that it can be processed. If you have sent emails to our automated system then they likely were lost. Please contact Laura in customer service via phone or by ticket through our system and she will be able to help you.
