"I have been instructing Shotokan for over 45 years, and decided to give karate depot a shot at supplying some things we need so I placed a small order to check them out, I ordered some tabi boots and found that they do not know how to size things I ordered a men's size 11 they sent a 10 not a great loss but am glad it wasn't as large an order as I had planned, I dodged abullet there!!! so be careful when ordering from these guys"
"I am glad I found reviews after I placed my order... as it sounds like a totally different store. I did not have any problems with karatedepot.com. In fact customer service was great, they were very helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. My first order was shipped within less than 24 hours. I got wrong size, and placed second order which was shipped the same day. Return took one week to process. But again, they did respond within a few hours when I asked about its status. Overall, great experience, and I am going to order again from them in the future. They have best prices on karate uniforms, the shipping charge was $2.95 (some stores wanted $15 to ship the same uniform), and speedy delivery.UPDATE. I placed third order with this company, and I am very happy again. Fast shipping, great customer service!"

"I ordered my Tae Kwon Do uniform more than one month ago and it didn't arrived yet. I tried to contact the customer service and they just ignored me, canceled my order without telling me and didn't reimbursed the whole amount of money I paid.Horrible service. Go buy somewhere else if you don't want to lose your time and money."

"I ordered off of Karate Depot, because I found a very well priced 25LB Muay Thai bag. I was told the estimated delivery was July 31st-August 3rd, well that's when the horror started.It actually didn't even SHIP until August 7th. I never emailed them or anything, I just let them do what they had to do. The bag was being shipped to my nephew for his birthday, it was already late, but he understood.I get a phone call around August 10th, its my brother politely asking me if I ordered the wrong bag. I tell him no, and give him the link to the page of the bag I did order. He explains that it was not the bag he got. I go to his house and sure enough it was a very short double end heavybag, the only thing close to what I ordered was the poundage.I email them, telling them what happened and they respond rather quickly with a print out of a UPS label. I ship it out within two days. It was redelivered to them on August 20th. Inside I had enclosed a print out of the bag I WANTED and the bag I RECEIVED. I got absolutely NO response. I had left my phone number and email inside. I finally email them back on September 12th, about 3 weeks after it was redelivered. They said they would get with the proper department and call me back. This never happens.So today, I get ahold of a customer service rep who asks me to list which bag I wanted. LOW AND BEHOLD the bag has been pulled off the website. It is no where in sight. She is nice and refunds my money with a 15.00 credit, but honestly two months of waiting? It would have been much better with an email. I believe they knew they had messed up and tried to get around it. I recommend against this place, and if you do order I hope you don't get the run around like I did. "
"I had some issues with Karate Depot initially with my order not bein fulfilled. KD has since addressed the issue and has shipped 2/3 of my order. The other 1/3 is on back order but will be sent. My confidence in them has been restored."

"This is an Amazon vendor. I read through 2 pages of reviews bugt should have read the third page. Ordered 6 sweat bands, Amazon charged my card for them and all I received was an e-mail noting that the potential chip dates for the items was 9/15/06. That was all I ever heard! No delivery. No reply to e-mail inquiry to Karate Depot. No response to e-mail inquirey through Amazon. Wouldn't touch this vendor unless you live next door to the owner, but think it through first!"
