"Although this on-line seller does not have the lowest prices I chose them based on reviews. And I was not dissappointed. The transaction took a few minutes (I knew the items I wanted ahead of ordering). They followed through with two e-mails informing me about the status. A few items were on back order but were promised to be delivered in 7-10 working days. At exactly 7 days the delivery truck was at my door with my complete order. I had an opportunity to discuss a few items with the sales consultant. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely order again from them."

"sales team (worked with Stacey G and Shantelle) were excellent. Very helpful, polite and professional and made sure we were satisfied. They followed up every step of the way. We were very impressed with the customer service and the product. will be happy to recommend!"

"I ordered a Franke sink accessory on 4/23...I received a detailed communication with shipping details shortly therafter. Received a personal note from the company to ensure all as ok (nice touch) and received product as expected. Very nice customer experience and got a great price on the product as well!"

"I have recently ordered a few bathroom products, three faucets & hardware,
both on-line and by phone. I am extremely pleased with both experiences. The Customer Reps are very pleasant and the web site is very simple to use. I received my order promptly and everything was done as told. I will be doing my kitchen shortly and will coming back to only you guys! I really love those Ruvati products and the prices are ideal. "I am remodeling the main kitchen in our house and wanted a large sink as part of the project. I found what I wanted on kbauthority at an unbelievable price. I didn't know exactly what fixtures I wanted, but kbauthority had the perfect combo of ktichen sinks and faucet at a price so reasonable that my contractor took the information so he could tell his other customers. I’m so happy with everything… Highly recommend their services! "

"I recently ordered a Franke ORX110 from KBAuthority.com and am very pleased with entire process. There was no upsell after ordering online and customer service was very helpful when asked about their return policy. The sink came in 3 days after ordering and was packaged and handled very well! I would definitely feel comfortable buying large appliances from them again"

"KBAuthority has great selection, and the best price I've found on the
item I was buying. Even Amazon couldn't beat it . I noted on my order
that if possible I would like to receive my merchandise in time for my
contractor that was scheduled for next week . Someone from the company
called to assure me it was possible. I love these guys, and would

"I just ordered with them because they were able to promise me delivery on this past wednesday. At 12:30p I called to follow up since I had no idea when the shipment would be coming. The rep said she didn't understand what happened, but it was not shipped out. She promised me delivery by 9am the next day. At 20 to 10a I called but there was no answer yet. Ten after 10 someone answered and said it was in FedEx's hands about when to deliver it, not theirs. I had to reschedule my counter measure and now lost days for the install in the process. I tried calling them to see about returning the sink or getting a credit, but NO ONE ever answers the phone - more than 15 phone calls in 2 days. I even got smart and tried sales. They were transferring me to "George" a supposed supervisor and instead, both times I was sent to the answering machine. I call right back and don't get a person again. I'm so frustrated with them. I agree with the other customer that they have great prices and the sales staff was very helpful and personable and if you don't have any issues, they'd be great. But no one ever expects the issues, so please be aware before you use them."

"STAY AWAY!!! They have unbeatable prices, that is true. My order initiated on June 14, 2011. To place an order KB Authority have an awesome customer service. They always answer your phone calls and get back to you very fast. My order came on June 27th 2011, with one problem, 5 items were on backorder, which was just received on July 18th. These two weeks were a nightmare! I was trying to reach them so I could know when I was getting the rest of the parts so I could finish my project. I was never told some of the parts would be on backorder. I bought an item that I actually didn't need, but it was George that recommend it to me. I sent it back in September, intact, the same way it came to me, loose in a huge box with 4 more items. May 31th 2012, I have never received the refund I was supposed to get it. Now they are saying the product is missing something and it's not in its original packing. How could I have the original packing if it was not in its original packing in first place? George said they have pictures of the item, which has been rejected for refund. That means everything you get from them and have to return, you have to record it. Now, how am I going to prove I return it intact? They did not return the item back to me. They have never called me to let me know it has been refused. They have never sent me an e-mail with an explanation. Go ahead and order from them, but good luck if you need a refund. Make sure all items are available, but how are you going to be sure if they say it is, but in fact it's not? You will probably save some money with them, but is it really worth the stress? I just lost $122.08 plus all the time wasted on the phone, writing this review and sending e-mails."

"The KBAuthority.com staff are top notch professionals. They know their products, give sound recommendations, are well organized and do NOT pressure you into ordering until you are ready. After much shopping, I found their pricing to be the most competative on the internet. Everything I ordered was well packaged and shipped promptly. The sales associate had instructed me to check my shipment at the time of delivery. Fortunately, I followed her directive even though the delivery crew had told me there were no instructions for immediate inspection. I found that somewhere in the shipping process someone had opened the bottom of the box, stolen my Franke faucet and left the remaining items. Because I was able to note it was missing at the time of delivery, KBAuthority was able to promptly ship a replacement for my kitchen remodel. Everything I ordered was new and top quality. You can order from this company with complete confidence. Thank you KBAuthority for a great experience! "
