"Picture/size is extremely deceptive. You could have at least put the dimensions on it. It looks big, but is actually about the size of two postage stamps. "

"Very disappointed! Placed an order on 4/10/2013, that order was cancelled because something about the billing address did not do something, then I replaced the order 4/13/2013 and received a "hold" email (Hold Order# 89560 [KTM: 4087033]-?) on the 4/15/2013..because they wanted me to send copies of my credit/debit card and my drivers licenses, front and back of both cards. I cancelled that order because I do not want to have to deal with my identity out there for a possible ID theft. I have had it stolen before and I will not just give it out, and I was shock to find that this company even wanted that kind of information. I will not be doing any business with this company and I will deture anyone else that may want to order from this company."

"K2 Motor was asking me to make a copy of my credit card. The front and the back and send it back to them before they will process my order. It sounds fishy. I have never had to do that on any online retail stores that I dealt online before. It is so rediculous. I refused to do that, and just go back to Amazon to buy what I want. Amazon may be a little more than the price of the headlight I was looking for, but at least I don't have to deal with the hassle."

"I used a gift card for my order and the money was removed from my account and confirmed. The next day I recieved an e-mail stating tjat the did not accept forign credit cards and my order was placed on hold. This was a VISA prepaid gift card from Chase Bank USA. That was all the information I recieved. I use prepaid gift cards I purchase from my bank on all of my internet orders and have never had a problem before. I will be reordering the item at a later date. The reason for the 2 star rating is because the took the money from the card and I had to call and talk to a customer service rep in order to get the money back on the card and cancel the orderand it took 4 days for the money to show back on my card. "
