"I ordered 3 cartons Marlboro Lights on Nov.13,2009. The total was $80.97 which they took directly from my credit card. The date to receive them was Nov.23-Dec24.I've never received them. I emailed them many times after Dec.24, and there has been no response.I've had the same problem with them one other time, and they did resolve the issue.I should had quit ordering then. Now, they won't return my emails. I haven't yet received my order nor have received credit on the account. I just want my money back! Please, from my own experience, do not order from this company unless you feel like donating to them-you won't get your purchased product."
