"shipping very expensive plus charged another 60 bucks for crossing the boarder into Canada when they have a store in Calgary. Found the clothing to be very cute, but flimsy and thin. I wasn't sure if this was because the clothing came from california and I am from Alberta canada and the Calgary clothing was thicker..perhaps? I didn't look very closely. I e-mailed 2 times asking for info on their shipping pratices and neither e-mail was answered. Piss poor Customer service for sure! I never had to phone to confirm our order..which sounds strange though. unless they offer alternate shipping to Canada other then ground shipping which dings you a huge boarding crossing fee..I won't be ordering from them again.order on my account still says processing and I ordered in December..makes me think that part of my order is still undelivered...time to get more ontop of my ordering practices!"
"Like others, I too ordered from shop Justice online. What a nitemare! I ordered a Monster High doll for my daughter, they sent the wrong one. I called to advise them and was hung up on twice! Spoke with a supervisor that told me to find something else online that my daughter would like or ship the (wrong) doll back. She told me if I shipped the doll back and called after it shipped, with confirmation that it was on it's way back, she would instantly refund my $. By this point I was so angry I didn't want to look at their other merchandise and just wanted a refund. I shipped the doll back, which cost me $ for gas to our nearest post office, 1 hr. round trip, away!! I called to let them know that the doll was on it's way back and they wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor. The CSR told me that they should have the doll back that I shipped, in a couple days and I should call back then. I called early evening of the 5th day, when I saw the $ still wasn't refunded to me and once again I was given the run around. I was told it would take at least another 3 days to get my refund!! WTH kind of service is this??? I'm sent the wrong item!! Out of pocket for gas $ because of their mistake?? And still waiting for my refund!?! My next course of action is to report them to the Better Business Bureau, which I will be doing ASAP!!"
"Their customer service is horrible. I ordered boots last year and they charged my card and sent a shipping confirmation which a day later received an email that they did not have the boots in stock. You would think I would've learned but NO not me! I ordered a Howleen Monster High Doll the day after Thanksgiving and I received the wrong doll 2 days ago. When I called they gave me a new order number and told us just to send the doll back and the one I wanted was in stock and would be mailed. I needed this doll for x-mas and they seemed uncaring. I sent the doll back about 8 hours ago and received an email shortly thereafter that they had to cancel my order. Nothing about refunding my money or anything. Called the 1-800 number and asked where is my money? Was told it should take about a week depending on how my bank processes the refund. WTF? I am calling my attorney general's office, there practices cannot be legal. "
"I ordered products a month before Christmas. They tell me it shipped, and then tell me parts didn't ship with it. I ordered matching outfits, and did not want mismatched items. So I am supposed to pay shipping and return to them, or drive an hour and return to store? Ridiculous. I will not ever order from them again. "
"Horribly slow service! I recently placed an order and a week later the order still said "Processing" and my credit card had still not been charged and the stuff still hadn't shipped. I had to call and ask why my stuff had not yet been shipped, and they gave lame excuses that they were "busy". Totally ridiculous! My kids love their clothes but their internet site and customer service is horrible."
"I ordered the day after Thanksgiving and had the same experiences as described previously with slow and expensive shipping, but it gets worse: after finally receiving the pair of boots which were the #1 thing on my daughter's list,they were too small. I contacted the store and was told by the clerk that they are aware those particular boots run very small, and she tries to tell people that in the store. Of course, no one mentioned that online. Sent the boots back the day after Christmas. Called 2 days ago because I hadn't heard a word. The guy said the boots were shipped. Then, yesterday, I got an email from Justice saying they were sold out, and I would be getting a credit on my credit card within 1 to 3 days!"
"The online ordering process is deplorable. I ordered several items for my granddaughter on November 30th. Received an email from a source that seemed unrelated to Justice indicating that I had to call them and verify my Justice order or it would be cancelled. I called that number but didn't feel comfortable answering the questions they were answering since I didn't know for sure if this really was a Justice representative so I called the main Justice number. They released the order that day. Upon arriving at my granddaughter's home on Christmas eve I found out that Justice had only sent one of the items on the order - the rest had been "back ordered" for which I received no email or notice of. When I called customer service to see when it would be filled they indicated that Justice does not do back orders - they cancel any orders they cannot fulfill. End of story was that on Christmas eve I am shopping in a strange town for a Christmas gift for my grand daughter. This process is broken in several places. First, to require that an online shopper call to verify who they are for every order they make is a novel approach to online shopping. I shop online almost exclusively and have never had to call a store to verify. Secondly, all store emails should have a domain name that reflects something about Justice - the email I received was from a Irma Juarez . Thirdly, when I called Justice to get the order released it would have been helpful to know with the delay in getting the order processed that the items that I ordered were now out of stock and unavailable. Additionally the only email that would have been helpful to me, the consumer would have been an email indicating that the order had been cancelled. Also, it is misleading to state on the packing slip that items on the order had been "backordered" when that is not the store's policy. This was a no win situation for me, the consumer and I will not order anything online from this merchant again.("
"My daughter loves the clothing and accessories. We had to recently order online due to some items not being in stores, ordered on dec. 1st and it didn't ship until December 7th, and shipping costs are VERY EXPENSIVE- I would not recommend ordering online, and will not be in the future!"
"Terrible site. I placed an order and then received an email after that I had to call to validate or else my order would be canceled. It wasn't because I was a fraud risk or anything. I called to find out what was going on and was told they are doing this for EVERY order. Obviously something fishy is going on with their order system. Why order on a website if everything has to be validated via phone?So, I called and validated the order. Now, over a week later - my gift recipient has not received the gift. When I check the website - it says my order cannot be found. I called and they said they are so backed up, that it hasn't left the warehouse yet. Ridiculous. I will never order from them again.The amount of time I have invested in getting this gift sent out if insane. This site needs to get their act together."
"UN-believable!!! I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving, and here it is, 3 days before Christmas Eve and still waiting for the order. They shipped a partial order last week, which was listed as having 5 items in it - only 4 were in the box. I immediately called and the person I spoke with said she'd "overnight" the missing item... here it is, 10 days later and no replacement item. Every time I call, which has been about 10 times already, I get a very generic response. "They're processing it now" is the one I hear the most (which results in about 3 more phone calls before I even see a shipment confirmation). I've also heard "we had a snow storm", "that piece is on backorder", "the warehouse has all new people", and many, many more... I could write a book! All this AFTER everything showed IN STOCK on the day I placed the order - again, almost 1 month ago. Still missing two pieces and I have no confidence that they'll arrive by Friday. Tsk! Tsk! Justice. Take some lessons from retailers like Nordstrom, where people don't mind paying higher prices for EXEMPLARY customer service! "
"These guys rank in the negatives. Placed my order on Dec 10th for a gift card and one hooded jacket. I began calling them on the 14th since the order showed pending at that time. I was told not to worry, it would arrive by Christmas. I began calling almost every other day after (6 times total) only to hear the same response and always in a rude, condescending "I could really care less" manner. I just called for the last time asking for a Supervisor and got Megan. She evidently is a model for this behavior. I was told due to their backlog my items won't arrive by Christmas. When I asked to cancel she said I can try but I can't guarantee it. So you can't get me the items I ordered 11 days ago, nor can you cancel the order?? If backlog can't be tracked and maintained then don't sell on line. Now I have the major inconvenience of heading out to find something else at this late date. I can assure you it WON'T be anything from Justice. "
"WOW! What extraordinarily bad customer service. I placed this order for Christmas on Dec 8th. There was no mention of a back-order for the item I selected. On the 18th, i called customer service to check on the order as I had not received a shipping confirmation. I was told that it was shipping Monday and not to worry. Today, Tuesday the 21st, I receive an email telling me the order was canceled. I called and spoke to a woman in customer service who basically told me too bad. Since they didn't charge me it was my problem. No help at all. Had i known earlier the item was not in stock (instead of the website telling me it was) i could have made other plans. Instead i guess I will just tell the gift recipient that Santa must have put her on the naughty list.Thanks Justice, you've done great job trying to ruin Christmas! I'll be sure to spread the word to everyone I know and don't know about the great customer care I received."
"I ordered a 40.00 gift card w/envelope and a pair of skinny jeans for my granddaughter's christmas gifts. I ordered these on Dec. 5th. Today, Dec. 17th, I checked the website to see the status of my order and found it's been cancelled - with no explanation. Good grief! I could understand if the jeans were sold out, but how in heavens name does a store sell out of Gift Cards?I used my Debit Card, not a Credit Card to pay for this order. As of this writing, my bank account shows no debit for this order...thank goodness.I'm very unhappy with my on-line shopping experience with Justice. "
"This is my first experience ordering from Justice online and it's been a terrible experience. I carefully ordered in plenty of time to not need expedited shipping. 1) It took Justice 5 days before they even shipped the order. 2) 9 days after I placed my order and 4 days after my order shipped, they informed me one of my items was not available, nor could they get it to me in the time I needed it unless I paid expedited shipping, not them. 3) The order was shipped via "Smartpost" which I now do not recommend. I checked daily, and now the website says it was delivered 2 days ago. I did not received the package. Very disappointing experience all the way around."
"I think their normal prices are a bit high but my daughter wanted some pants, shirt, and shoes and they were all deeply discounted. I don't know if that is normal for them or if it was just a holiday special since this is the first time I have even heard of them. Everything arrived quickly and was in good shape."
